Lovely place to stay

Great location, lovely villa, very spacious and clean. We arrived after the island had a big storm so there was no power to the property. A few minor villa Maintanence issues in the beginning but they were dealt with and with no issues. My only gripe would be that you are located in the middle of a building site which at no point was this mentioned to us at the time of booking or during any communications. But otherwise a lovely stay and would book again

Le parfait compromis pour Chypre

Cette incroyable villa avec vue infinie sur la mer et piscine à débordement est un très bon compromis pour visiter Chypre à moindre coût ! Stewart est très serviable et réactif. Il nous a conseillés avant notre arrivée pour le transfert et la voiture de location. Sur place, nous avons eu un problème de Wifi qui a rapidement été traité. Le quartier est en construction mais cela ne nous a pas gênés, la maison est bien isolée. La piscine est l'énorme point positif avec vue en contrebas et vue infinie sur la mer ! Une chose gênante à savoir si vous aimez dormir dans le noir : les rideaux ne sont pas occultants dans les chambres. Pensez à prévoir un masque de nuit :) Merci également à Lauren qui gère la villa de Stewart avec efficacité.

Stunning views ,but......

We arrived at the villa at 3am where we discovered there was no running water.This was dealt with the following morning.The villa is lovely although it seems to have an ant problem , seen more than I've seen before in any other villas on the island. We enjoyed our stay although there were a few things here and there, light bulbs out etc .Our biggest issue was getting ripped off with the electricity bill, we were not given a meter reading on arrival so have no idea if the units we apparently used were accurate ( the TV was on when we arrived ) but are sure we were charged way over the odds,we were not excessive with the air con.They took one third of our deposit off us. When contacting the owner about this they were not willing to compromise on this charge so left us disappointed and not likely to return to this particular villa.

Wonderful Holiday

Yes, it was a wonderful holiday, and Sea Cliff villa was the thing that made it. I have reviewed this villa on TripAdvisor and all I can say is that from the initial enquiry to the day we returned home every thing went faultlessly. The owners were communicative, patiently answering some daft questions put by me. The accommodation was spotless and well equipped. Perhaps more importantly was the fact that the beds were very comfortable - not a single moan from the six of us in residence - there is nothing worse than on night 1 of a 14 night stay you discover the bed is going to drive you mad by the end! The villa is finished to a very high standard throughout. The infinity pool was used continuously by all - and maintained twice weekly. Any issues were dealt with promptly by the management company (light bulb, gas bottle) who were available 24/7. Perhaps the best endorsement is that we would like to return in 2016!

We are a retired couple with grown-up children, and when we go on holiday we like a high standard of accommodation. In 2004 we found a fantastic seafront location in Northern Cyprus and had to buy the view. We spent a long time selecting the design and furnishings to ensure the best comfort and for relaxation, taking 5 years to build we now share our time between the UK and North Cyprus. This property has been built, with no expense spared, and is therefore is kept in excellent condition, ensuring it is also in tip-top condition for our guests and friends.

This property is located just below Esentepe village, whilst keeping it's village look and feel, caters for all with it's shops and diverse cafe's & restaurants.

Built on the cliff top, overlooking the waters edge. North Cyprus's great beaches and mountains are only a short drive away.
