The apartment was clean, but the kitchen was infested with ANTS, ALSO FOR 10 days I had no Hob to cook on.
The internet was nonexistent, I had to pay for data roaming on my phone, so I couldn’t use iPad. l contacted the owner whom finally put in a new hob after 9 days, nothing else was done. The owner admitted the faults, offered me extra days, and a discount if I stayed with him next year. Which I declined, as I had another apartment to move into, and next year I’m already booked up. I never would want to stay in that apartment ever again, and I would not recommend it to anti. I asked for a refund, this was never forthcoming. I am extremely disappointed with this booking and I do expect a refund. I have photographs to prove of all the failures. I text to you, and you did not address these problems. I want to look into this, and as I paid a lot of money for this, I think a refund is correct.
I owner was supposed to come down from Madrid, but excuse after excuse, too busy working, also, was rude, that if I was unhappy with the clean, I could pay for an extra clean. Please sort this out for me.
