Situated in the sought-after Oasis Del Mar I complex, this ground-floor apartment enjoys a frontline position to the beach and a central location close to all amenities of Mojácar Playa. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, it offers a comfortable base with direct access to the pool and landscaped gardens.

Private terrace with table, chairs, and sun loungers leading directly to the pool area. In winter, blinds can be closed to enclose part of the terrace for additional warmth. Please note there are no sun awnings, but half the terrace remains shaded for those preferring to avoid direct sun.

Amazing place to stay clean and tidy throughout. If you know Mojacar then it’s the perfect location to be, and also if you don’t. I will definitely book here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Mojacar. Thank you Julie for a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect apart from pool

Was so impressed with the cleanliness and all the extras included such as laundry products cleaning materials cling foil kitchen roll tin foil etc etc. But was bitterly disappointed that the pool is infact only open seasonal nowhere was yhis explained i would not even have looked at the place if i had known the garden and pool was out of bounds during May.

Location and plenty of space 💗

Beautiful apartment, very clean, modern and minimal which we love. Julie was a very helpful host, we have stayed in the same complex many times for the location and hope to do so again soon. Only downside was the swimming pool renovation going on at the same time, we are beach goers but we had found an apartment next to us for my brother and teenage kids, they were very disappointed to find the pool out of action. They could have found alternative if they had been informed but these things happen in Spain i suppose. Hopefully all good for next time we want to visit, as we would not want to look beyond. We love it there

Modern comfortable apartment. Kitchen has all the basics. Comfy beds. English tv through firestick. Terrace had plenty of sun during Feb. Julie was quick to help when we couldn’t work the tv. Looking forward to a revisit next year.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y completo, no le falta de nada. Hay sillas, sombrilla, toallas y demás útiles para la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón. Hay aparcamiento en la misma puerta del alojamiento. El paseo marítimo y la playa están bajando la calle. Al mismo tiempo es muy tranquilo, no se oyen ruido ni música. La zona de la piscina está fenomenal también, nada más salir de la terraza. Además, Julie, la propietaria, es encantadora y atenta. En resumen, recomiendo este alojamiento a todo el mundo. la calle al igual que la playa

Comfortable apartment. Second bedroom too small for 2 adults and very little hanging and cupboard space. TV great but we were not explained about how to use. Key safe a pain and it would be helpful if the manager was there at the commencement to explain things. We had to hunt for the equipment details.

Pool cross between building site and crime scene

Pool only open 8 hours during 14 day stay. Only 2 days notice of problem when told owner did not want apartment without pool she told me she had just heard it would ve open next day. Ithadveen planned for over 18 months.

Knew this was going to be nice before we stayed as viewed in advance on previous stay in mojacar. But was even better Than we remembered. Julie is a great host and always available to answer any questions. Every detail has been thought out and it is a perfect sunny spot for the all day sun. The exact location for what we needed for a month. Very very sad to come home today.

Hemos estado muy bien. El apartamento está en muy buena zona, cerca de la playa y paseo marítimo. El apartamento como se muestra en el anuncio, está genial y tiene de todo, totalmente equipado. El salón incluso es más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotos. Sales de la terraza y ya estás en la piscina. Por mejorar algo, aunque no depende del propietario, es el horario de la piscina, que cerraba a las 19.00. otros años por lo visto cerraba algo más tarde. Es una urbanización muy tranquila. Y solo una pequeña cosa a mejorar es que en los sofás tiene unas mantas a modo de funda, las cambiaría por otras más ligeras, ya que son unas mantas de invierno, que con el calor que hace en verano no acompañan mucho. Por lo demás, todo genial. Sin duda, es un sitio al que volvería.

What a lovely apartment in an ideal location for the bars and restaurants and beach.

Fabulous and the only let down was the quality of the outside furniture. With such a large and beautiful terrace, proper sunbeds would have made an enormous difference and I would have gladly paid more.
