The apartment, new and furnished in a modern style, is located on the third floor of a quiet building with elevator. With its double bedroom and its queen sofa bed in the living area, the apartment is ideal for couples but is also great for families with one or two children, for 3 adult firends and for business travelers.
Balcony with views of the Alba hills that you can use for smoking (smoke allowed only outside), or having your meals. You will have a modern and equipped kitchen, coffeepot and kettle, toaster, TV, web cube for wifi internet connection, air conditioning, towels and sheets, washing machine, large wardrobe.

The house is located in Moretta - Corso Langhe district: adjacent to the historic center of Alba but quiet and peaceful.
Supermarket 300 meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, a post office, a bank, shops, restaurants, a church and a cinema.
The apartment is located 500 meters from the historic center of Alba, so if you want to visit the city you can park your car in the large private garage and forget it! The location is also strategic for reaching the Langhe and Roero in a short time. Bus stop just outside the door.
