Luxury equipped villa with private pool, sauna and jacuzzi for eight persons. Located in Kaštelir, 7 km from the sea. The beautifully landscaped yard with summer kitchen and barbecue by the pool will delight guests. A children's playground is also available for guests at the holiday home. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and wellnes. (sauna and jacuzzi). On the first floor of Ville Petra Castelier there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony and pool there is a beautiful view of the sea on the western coast of Istria and the green surroundings. Pets are welcome! (max 3) All rooms are air-conditioned. Parking is located in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a restaurant with well-known Istrian specialties..
