Lovely home in Gracisce

This accommodation consists of two separate stone houses, which have been carefully renovated and yet retain traditional elements. In one house on the first floor is the large living room and dining room with billiards and darts. The kitchen is very well equipped and is located separately from the other rooms. On the 1st floor are three bedrooms for a total of 9 guests. 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This house has a covered terrace with barbecue. In the other house are dining kitchen and a toilet on the first floor, the 2 bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor. One room is with bathroom en suite. This house has an open terrace with barbecue and deck chairs. Between the houses are two separate toilets and laundry. Swing for small children. There is also a third unit with separate entrance, which consists of the first floor with living room and kitchen area and a bathroom and upstairs with bedroom. There is an outdoor pool at your disposal. The property is surrounded by a stone wall. The panoramic view of the surrounding area to the sea creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere. A grocery store is located 7 km from your house and an inn with authentic specialties is just 1 km away. By arrangement it is possible to organize breakfast on site.

Fantastic

Prime location for exploring the beauty that Slovenia (and Croatia) have to offer! Beautiful views and accommodations. The Slovenian wine available onsite was definitely a hit with our group. Kids loved the pool and of course, the wifi. Special kudos to Bojan for being a great host and introducing us to Ražman vineyards. I hope we can make it back to Topolovec again!

Super Aussicht, super Haus

Es handelt sich um ein wirklich großes Objekt mit drei getrennten Einheiten. So hatten wir auch als Gruppe von 11 Personen viel Platz zur Verfügung. Das kleine Dörfchen in dem sich die FeWos befinden ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Optimal zum Entspannen. Die Aussicht vom Garten und dem Pool aus ist unbeschreiblich schön. Man sieht bei gutem Wetter nicht nur bis nach Kroatien, sondern sogar über das Meer bis nach Italien. Der Pool ist angenehm kühl und lädt zur erfrischenden Abkühlung ein. Anschließend haben wir uns gerne auf die Liegen gelegt und die Aussicht genossen. Wir haben uns auch mehrmals zum Strand aufgemacht. Hier hat uns der sehr nette Vermieter die "Moon Bay" empfohlen. Ein sehr guter Tipp. An diesen etwas abgelegenen Strand kommt man mit dem Auto in ca. 45 Minuten (plus Fußweg). Als Extra kommt noch hinzu, dass der Vermieter Wein aus der Region anbietet. Diesen kann man sich zu fairen Preisen selbst abfüllen. Brot kann man sich backfrisch (es war wirklich noch warm!) von Maria aus dem Nachbardorf bringen lassen. Beide Möglichkeiten haben wir genutzt und empfehlen wir wärmstens weiter! Insgesamt war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die FeWo hat sich die 5-Sterne-Bewertung wirklich verdient. ----------------- Bei der Kommunikation mit der Agentur Novasol war es wirklich schwer verbindliche Aussagen zu erhalten. Wir hatten beispielsweise eine Frage zur Kaution bei Jugendgruppen. Von der Einigung nach sehr vielem hin- und her mit der Agentur wusste der Vermieter vor Ort leider nichts. Der Vermieter hat trotzdem top reagiert. Deshalb lassen wir diesen Punkt bewusst aus der Gesamtbewertung, möchten diesen aber dennoch vermerkt sehen. Wir werden uns in Zukunft gut überlegen ob Buchungen über Novasol für uns noch eine Option sind.

Wundervolles Domicil für Ruhe suchende

Wichtig ist zu wissen; dass man hier wirklich im nirgendwo ist! Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist genauso weit weg, wie alles andere! Wenn man das weiß und mag, ist man genau richtig hier! Sonnenuntergänge wie aus dem Bilderbuch, wundervoller Garten, super ausgestattete Küche und genügend Betten für eine große Familie. Wir können es besten Gewissens empfehlen!
