Comfortable apartment located close to Golf of Ara

We stayed with our baby one week at Marinella. The apartment is located in the well designed apartment complex Baia de Bahas. Only a few minutes walk to the local beach. The apartment is very modern, tidy and offers a lot of space. Further there is a very nice balcony with a great view to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped. Our host Frederico was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Mille grazie!

WUNDERVOLL !

Es war herrlich! Das wohl beste Apartment mit einem tollen Balkon für ruhige Abende zu Zweit, wenn die Kinder im Bett sind. Ein ausgedehnter toller Strand fussläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. In der Hauptsaison wahrscheinlich voll, aber wir waren ab Ende September fast allein dort. Gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour !

L'appartement est magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Il est situé dans une grande résidence fleurie et très bien entretenue, avec piscine et places de parking. Endroit calme pour se reposer et profiter du soleil sur la plage se trouvant à une cinquantaine de mètres de l'appartement.

SIAMO MOLTO SODDISFATTI PER TUTTO: La casa e' stupenda, di ottimo livello e molto spaziosa. Vista mare favolosa. Spiagge e mare bellissime. Tutti i servizi presenti nel residence sono vicini alla casa. Il prezzo è congruo per un rapporto prezzo/qualità d'eccellenza. Il proprietario è molto disponibile è presente. Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Mein Mann, meine 3 Kinder (7J, 10J, 16J) und ich verbrachten hier 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Von der 1. Anfrage bis zur Übergabe der Wohnung funktionierte alles perfekt. Federico ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Ferienanlage Baja de Bahas im wunderschönen Golf di Marinella im 1. Stock mit traumhaftem Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Sie war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet mit Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Wir genossen es auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick zu essen. Es war etwas eng, aber für 5 Personen möglich. Das Restaurant IL Segreto ist gleich oberhalb, sehr gut, und es gibt Pizza zum Mitnehmen, sehr lecker!!! Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich oberhalb. Es gibt alles was man braucht und es ist alles frisch. Für größer Einkäufe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe von Olbia (ca. 9 km entfernt) Die Anlage liegt wunderschön und ist ein einziges Blumenmeer. Es kann auch der Pool von der benachbarten Anlage "Marinaledda" genutzt werden, liegt sehr schön direkt am Strand, aber Badekappenpflicht. Wir benutzten den Strand unterhalb unserer Wohnung in 5 Min. zu Fuß über einen kleinen, teils gepflasterten Weg unterhalb der Anlage "Vela Blu" zu erreichen. Auf halbem Weg gibt es eine Dusche. Man kommt ca. in der Mitte des Strandes raus. Der Strand war wunderschön, der Sand etwas gröber, das Wasser glasklar. Die Felsblöcke im Wasser waren toll zum Schnorcheln und Reinspringen. An diesem Strand gibt es kein Strandservice und man liegt mit seinen Sachen immer in 1. Reihe. Er war auch im Juli nicht überlaufen. Wir genossen das saubere Wasser und das tolle Panorama. Die berühmten weißen Puderstrände in der Umgebung waren sehr schön, aber total voll. Sie sind in ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Federico hat ein eigenes Boot. Wir haben mit ihm einen unvergesslichen Ausflug zu den Delphinen im Golfo of Aranci gemacht mit ein paar Badestopps in tollen Buchten. Auch ein Bootstripp im La Maddalena Archipel ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Nach Palau fährt man ca. 1 h, dort kann man einen Ausflug buchen oder so wie wir ein kleines Boot ohne Führerschein mieten und quer durch das Archipel zu den schönsten Stränden fahren. Es war atemberaubend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die schönen Häfen Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci und der kleine Hafen in Marinella sind in ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Am Abend sehr beeindruckend. Diese Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder!!! Danke Federico!!!

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Mein Mann, meine 3 Kinder (7J,10J,16J) und ich verbrachten hier wunderschöne 2 Wochen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Anlage Baja de Bahas im 1. Stock im wunderschönen Golf die Marinella. Von der 1. Anfrage bis zur Übergabe der Wohnung funktionierte alles bestens. Federico ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine und gratis WIFI. Wir genossen es auf dem Balkon mit wunderbarem Meerblick zu essen. Der Balkon ist nicht sehr breit, aber 5 Personen können gut sitzen. Gleich oberhalb ist das Restaurant IL Segreto, sehr gut, und es gibt super gute Pizzas zum Mitnehmen. Oberhalb ist auch einen kleiner Supermarkt. Es gibt alles notwendige und es ist alles frisch. Für größere Einkäufe gibt es außerhalb von Olbia ein Einkaufszentrum (ca. 9 km). Die Wohnung ist eingebettet in ein Blumenmeer, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und schön. Es kann auch der Pool (direkt am Strand und sehr schön) von der danebenliegenden Anlage "Marinaledda" benütz werden, aber Badekappenpflicht. Es gibt 3 Restaurants. Wir benützen den Strand unterhalb unserer Wohnung, ca. in 5 Min. zu Fuß über einen schmalen, teils gepflasterten Weg unterhalb der Residenz Vela Blu erreichbar. Auf halbem Weg gibt es eine Dusche. Man kommt in der Mitte des Strandes raus. Das Wasser ist glasklar, der Sand etwas gröber und die Felsblöcke im Wasser sind toll zum Schnorcheln und Hineinspringen. Es gibt hier keinen Strandservice und deshalb liegt man mit seinen Sachen immer in der 1. Reihe. Es war selbst im Juli sehr wenig los und wir genossen das saubere Wasser und das tolle Panorama. Comfortevole appartamento con bella vista mare

L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato molto confortevole e pulito. Dotato di tutto il necessario. La biancheria e asciugamani erano pulite e profumate. Tutto ha funzionato Wi-Fi, Lavatrice, Scalda Bagno, Climatizzatore, Angolo cottura, Luce etc.. Nella camera da letto ce anche un confortevole Ventilatore molto pratico per caldi notti. Con terrazza vista mare, in residence condominiale ben curato. Supermercato a pochi passi con un Ristorante Bar e Pizzeria. Si trova anche un Tabacchino per giornali etc. La spiaggia e a pochi passi. L'acqua del mare l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita, non e profonda l'ideale per bambini piccoli come i nostri di quattro e cinque anni. A pochi km si trovano altre spiagge molto belle della costa Smeralda. Federico e stato gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza.Grazie anche al Papa di Federico. Saremmo felici di ritornare in questo bell' appartamento e luogo dove passare una tranquilla vacanza. Consigliamo questo appartamento sinceramente.

great vacation

the place was very clean, and Federico, and his Dad were very helpfull. please make sure to do the boat tour with Federico, you will see some amazing places, and beaches. i like to fact, that the beach, was never with a lots of people, and we had some room to play our games on the beach. also the restaurant is a good place to eat, and have some coffee in the afternoon........ i am sure i would come back, but its a bid to far for me, coming from the USA, but you never know

La location est conforme au descriptif ainsi qu'aux photos. L'appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Le complexe est calme, bien entretenu et très fleuri, ce qui le rend très agréable. Les deux restaurants apportent un charme supplémentaire à l'endroit. La plage située à une centaine de mètres de l'appartement est très belle, l'eau est claire et chaude encore à cette période de l'année. Un véhicule est indispensable pour profiter pleinement de la magnifique Costa Smeralda. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et soucieux du bien-être de ses clients, il saura vous donner de bons conseils concernant la région, les balades et excursions en mer. Vacanza perfetta!

Ottimo appartamento, pulito e ben tenuto, con terrazza vista mare dove si può mangiare, in bel residence sul mare. Supermercato a pochi passi. La spiaggia a tre minuti a piedi, l'ideale per bambini. Comunque a pochi km dalle spiagge più belle della costa smeralda. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Consigliatissimo!

Schöne Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung. In direkter Nähe fussläufig zu zwei schönen Strandbuchten gelegen. Die Wohnanlage hat alles was man braucht : Supermarkt, Cafe Restaurant, Swimminpool. Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt. Der Kontakt mit Federico und seinem Vater war sehr nett, alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Highlight war die Bootstour mit Federico, ein halber Tag war zu kurz. Wir würden wieder dort hin fahren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick

Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen, toller Sandstrand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, inklusive Jachtclub und Bootsvermietung. Gepflegte Anlage mit Restaurant, Shops und Supermarkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich ist durch die Luftzirkulation völlig ausreichend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und war stets zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Gerne kommen wir wieder und können dieses Domizil mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Ottimo soggiorno

Secondo soggiorno in pochi mesi sempre nel solito posto anche se in un appartamento più grande e come per il primo non ci si può sbagliare ottimo in tutto: descrizione location, descrizione immobile. Sempre molto pulito e tenuto bene. Lo consiglierei sia per il rapporto qualità prezzo sia per la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Oggi ci ha portato anche in gita in barca per mezza giornata e ne è valsa la pena .... Tutto perfetto!!!!! Al prossimo anno!!!!!

Nous avons passés deux semaines trés agréables dans cet appartement très sympa. Très propre,grand balçon,lumineux,tous les conforts pour se sentir bien.L'appartement est très bien placé un des meilleur dans le residence avec une vue fantastique sur la mer.Le propriétaire très aimable et tousjours disponible sans déranger à refaire pour une autre fois.

Ottima posizione , mare stupendo

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo comodo trilocale la prima settimana di di Luglio 2016. Ambiente pulito composto da una spaziosa camera matrimoniale , una camera doppia, bagno e un soggiorno con cucina. C'è la possibilità di mangiare su un terrazzo con bella vista sul golfo. E' a un centinaio di metri da un paio di spiagge carine, comode per i bimbi piu' piccoli che sono utilizzate praticamente dai soli ospiti del complesso residenziale ed è a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della costa smeralda. Molto disponibile il padrone di casa, anche a fronte di un piccolissimo problema che si è presentato durante il soggiorno, e con il quale è possibile organizzare piacevoli ed esclusive gite in barca. Consigliato per chiunque.

Ottimo trilocale con bellissima vista mare

Bel trilocale inserito nella splendida cornice del Baia de Bahas. L'appartamento è ben arredato, pulito e dispone di due belle camere matrimoniali ed un grande soggiorno con angolo cottura. È tutto ben tenuto ed arredato in arte sarda. Dal terrazzo c'è una bella vista mare che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Dopo un mese mese trascorso qui non si vorrebbe più tornare a casa: c'è una pace ed una tranquillità senza paragoni, ideale per noi che siamo andati con una bimba di 8 mesi. Si può utilizzare la spiaggia libera del villaggio raggiungibile a piedi e carrozzina in pochi minuti; l'appartamento però può essere anche un'ottima base per vedere le più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile pronto a dare tutti i suggerimenti per godersi al meglio la vacanza.
