Located on the ground floor, the villa boasts beautiful furnishings and natural stone walls, creating a cozy atmosphere. It offers a living room with a sofa bed for one, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a half bath, accommodating up to 5 guests. Family-friendly amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and, upon request, a crib and high chair. The highlight is the large outdoor area with a Mediterranean garden, where you may spot peacocks and turtles. Relax in this serene setting or enjoy the spacious shared pool (open April 5 to September 30), illuminated in 7 colors. A private terrace invites you to savor meals or unwind with a glass of wine. The villa offers complete privacy while being just minutes by car from Porto Rotondo’s vibrant center with shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The sandy Marinella beach is 3 km away. Parking is available. Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are included and changed every 3 days.
