Great location. Close to main sightseeing points. Supermarket and sympathetic bars on the streets around the building. Very spacious apartment. Pack foam earplugs because it is a very lively neighbourhood. Ventilators are great and rooms stayed cool enough.

Great Location with lots of space

We enjoyed our time in Madrid. The unit is perfectly located to check out the highlights of the city. The host was flexible and easy to eat with.

Great place!

We stayed here with a family group of 11, including two elderly people and an 18 month old baby. The lift was perfect for the people who couldn’t do the stairs. The apartment was wonderful! Clean, breezy, spacious and in a great location for food and tours. The check in and check out process was seamless. We would stay here again!

carla is too angry to deal with guests

carla was difficult to deal with, with our initial reservation, and when we returned she kept delaying when the apt would be ready, first 3, then 4 and then 5, and was angry all the time.

Terrible host

The host was extremely rude! There was no air-conditioning, this made our stay in the extremely hot apartment unbearable! Ruined whole vacation. Check in was not available util 4. She did let us store luggage but it was a battle with her to let us do it. The smell at the entrance was terrible and she tried to mask it by strong perfume. Stay away from this property if possible.
