Apartment between Sol and Plaza Santa Ana

The day space, located on the outside of the house, consists of an open plan with three balconies where we can find a cozy lounge. It is worth noting the original fireplace of the house that has been restored by our team. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed with an Italian opening with a viscoelastic mattress. In the same room we can find the dining room, with a table where up to 8 people can eat comfortably. The American kitchen is fully equipped, and is connected to the living room and dining room. A full bathroom is located in this part of the house.

In the internal part of the property we can find the bedrooms and the rest of the bathrooms, offering more privacy and well-being to the guests.
Two of the bedrooms have 150 cm beds and fitted wardrobes with enough space for two people. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and an en-suite full bathroom.
The next bedroom has two 90 cm beds as well as a built-in wardrobe with enough space for two people.
There are also two complete bathrooms in this area for the rest of the rooms.

Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros.

Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.

If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.

Two sets of keys are provided.

Check-outs are at 11:00 am.

If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team for the Lockers service.

If the apartment is reserved for 8 people and they still want to use the sofa bed, an extra cost of: 20 eur per night must be paid. This additional cost includes the linen of the sofa bed and that it is prepared for your arrival.
