Freshly renovated, Autumn 2018 it has everything you will need.

>> The shower room is brand-new;
>> The kitchen unit is brand new (my husband hand-built the kitchen top from the walnut tree from our village house, we love it:)); Shelves in the kitchen are repurposed;
>> The ceiling is very tall, but we have not got to putting the shades yet;
>> The doors and window shutters are original tall and beautiful Tbilisi style with original handles, we left the original paint.
>> The balcony is typically Tbilisi style, fully restored and hand-cut all the wood details by my husband.
>> Very warm in winter and very breezy and cool in summer
