The apartment has a living room with dining table and sofa; kitchenette, bathroom with hydromassage shower accessible through an anteroom with sink and double bedroom with wardrobe.

The apartment is equipped with: WI-FI, independent heating, air conditioning, sheets, towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid. It has washer and dryer. A cot with sheets is provided for younger guests.

This bright and completely renovated apartment with Venetian terrazzo floors and Murano glass chandeliers is located on the first floor of a Venetian building in an enchanting position. Located in the Santa Croce district, it is in fact a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and the station and a few minutes on foot from the Basilica dei Frari and the church of San Rocco.

The position of Cà Maria is strategic but also quiet because it is located in a small street with little traffic. The vaporetto stops (public transport by water) are 5 minutes away and everything that can serve you, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, banks, etc., are really under the house or easily accessible.

Great stay in Santa Croce

Great quiet location. 5 minute walk to train station - 1 bridge only to cross from train station if traveling with luggage. Host was great! Great communication. Always responded within minutes when chatting via text. Sent us a text with a great list of restaurants to try in neighborhood. Without a doubt would stay here again. Thanks for a great few nights in Venice.

Lovely apartment in Venice

We loved the apartment in Venice. It was in a very convenient location to touring in the city. It was a little difficult getting our luggage over all the canal bridges. But I guess that's to be expected in Venice. Owner was very responsive to our questions and pointed us to local grocery store and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very well located for an easy walk to the bus or train station. There are several restaurants just steps from the apt. It is in a quiet location, but you can be in the busy tourist areas within minutes. The host provided easy to understand directions to access the property and maintained communication throughout the visit. There was only one bath towel and one hand towel each for our stay, so I would recommend more and a larger size. That being said, I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Excellent Location & Sharp Apartment

We were met at Piazzale Roma, for our 10 minute walk to the apartment - only crossing one bridge! Lovely quiet street, secure property. The apartment has been renovated with care and appointed very nicely. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and then some. Very nice to have a washing machine. Many windows to open for fresh air and living & bedroom are spacious. A well stocked market is a 5 minute walk. Owners are at your disposal. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Venice in a comfortable apartment.
