Musikhaus Medebach. This historic house is in the village in Hochsauerland.

The historic house is situated in the village of Medebach in Hochsauerland and dates from 1794 and has a great deal of historical atmosphere and attractive details, has been carefully furnished and has a large garden. The area is a beautiful nature area with numerous hiking trails. In the winter there are plenty of ski slopes in the area. Winterberg and Willingen are 15 to 20 km away. In the area there are three lakes including the large "Edersee" where all kinds of water sport activities are available.

The House:
The house has ample space for 16 people.
The house has a small driveway in the garden where a three cars can stand. There is free parking in front of the house. The house has two floors and has a shed where all kinds of things (such as skis etc.) can be stored during the stay.
It has two large common large rooms that are furnished as a large room and suite.

The house has seven bedrooms. One of them has a space that is furnished as a small work / dining room. It has three bathrooms, two with a toilet. There are also two separate toilets. The kitchen and utility room are adequately furnished.
On the ground floor the room is ensuite, kitchen and a bedroom plus bathroom. On the first floor are the other rooms where the back house has a separate door with access to three bedrooms and a bathroom.
All rooms can be closed.

Room 8: private room (not accessible)

The guests have access to the entire house separated from a number of locked cupboards. The garden is an enclosed area.

The house is particularly suitable for guests who find a historic atmosphere important in combination with nature in the area and who want to engage in various outdoor sports. Walking, cycling, winter sports. It is not suitable for youth groups and students.

Other things to look out for:
The kitchen has a four-burner induction hob, large fridge and there is an oven and microwave. (Extra fridge freezer combination present in the shed) In the utility room there is room for 4/5 eaters.
The living room has a table for 10/12 eaters and upstairs there is also room to eat. (4/6 people). There is an extra table available to extend the dining room table to 14/16 eaters.
