"Fraser's", Marine Lodge, Private Parking, Big 2 Bed Ground Floor for Golf / Sea

Delighted to have this lovely couple stay and receive their glowing review and very grateful for their positive remarks on our wee team here. So pleased that the Hot Water and shower pressure was highlighted too ! Yes, the property is absolutely ideal for all international travellers - and yes, our American golfer guests do enjoy it here. Location is ideal for golf, beach and town - oh and enjoy a great shower too of course ! Thank you so much for this beautifully expressed review.

Vwry grateful for this great review. It highlights that we ensureba very comfortable stay in a super location in the town, yet still very close to golf and the beach. Added to this we have private parking which, these days, is a huge benefit. We always communicate with as much detail and information as possible before, during and post stays and we are pleased that these guests took the time to emphasise this. We are very grateful for this excellent review.

Delighted to receive this succinct yet great review - especially as it has come from a guest , now living in the USA, but who grew up in North Berwick and whose life in North Berwick (I am told) once revolved around great beaches and golf in all weathers ! This "excellent" review makes particular reference to:- - The facilities - The cleanliness - The renovation and decor Eg. The Wet Room and Fire. This guest has shared with me his fullest appreciation and we look forward to his and his family's return.

Delighted to receive this excellent review. It highlights fact that even in the middle of winter the apartment provides a lovely comfortable and welcoming base for a family break. Gordon makes a welcoming difference to all our guests. We look forward to this family's promised return.

We are very grateful for this lovely review and so pleased these guests found it the perfect location for their stay.

Delighted that these lovely guests were able to hunker down amidst the unusually powerful Winter storm Herminia. Very grateful for their kind remarks and we continue to do all we can to ensure all our guests receive a warm, personal welcome and a very comfortable stay. With our appreciation.

Delighted with this review from our USA guests. We appreciate the references made to location , comfort, communication and personal welcome we provide. Naturally, we would be very pleased to welcome these guests again as we, in turn, appreciated their pre and post communication very much.

We are very grateful to the lady who provided this review and are so pleased that she had a great time. As she says the apartment is extremely well appointed, welcoming and clean and agree that as it is very comfortable you are happy to "spend time" here. We are also pleased that she refers to the location and identifies that it is perfect for all amenities locally and the beach. It is always lovely to hear yet again,(in our first year of offering holiday rental opportunities for the apartment) that this lady and her family would be pleased to return and we would be delighted to welcome her again. We appreciate the 5 star excellent reference.

We are most grateful that these guests highlighted again.. - the comfort and cleanliness. - the superb location - the hospitable welcome - the detail in the area of North Berwick and surrounding areas - the proximity of easy train travel to Edinburgh and beyond. We appreciate their recommendations to friends

Delighted with this lovely review. It highlights the location, comfort and amenities very accurately as well as referring to the benefits of beautiful North Berwick. Most grateful.

Immensely grateful for this lovely review from these two couples from Scotland. In their review they kindly emphasise the welcome and hospitality Gordon gives to our guests. It also refers to the cleanliness and the booking process. It is so appreciated when a guest highlights the team effort involved. Our little team will continue to do our very best to ensure you have always a warm, comfortable stay. Thank you for this excellent review. We look forward to the chance of welcoming you back.

We are most grateful for these review comments made by these two visiting American golf couples. They emphasis the space and cleanliness of the apartment and its comfortable beds. We are pleased they appreciated the Meet and Greet and Welcome Service provided to ensure they "bed in" with ease. Once again, the location is the final piece in the jigsaw, making the apartment so handy for local restaurant choice and travel to Edinburgh as well as golf. We will make any customers wishing to return most welcome and would love to see them again.

We are delighted that despite a few plumbing issues, which were quickly dealt with, we were able to provide an excellent experience for these returning guests. hey refer to highlights as:- Location - to shops and beach The Sunny courtyard - private at the rear the logs we provide for the real stove fire use ! (Great for temperature changes !) The Golf locally the choice of restaurants. The welcome provided by Gordon. We are of course so pleased that they want to return yet again. We look forward to welcoming them

We once again appreciate this review. It emphasises the space, size and of course cleanliness as well as having all necessary amenities for this large family group. Once again, we recognise the importance of a great welcome which was provided by Gordon, with Scottish shortbread and Tea, as well as a complete tour of how everything works from dishwasher to American Fridge reezer to Tumble Dryer. We also note how much the private patio area at the rear is welcomed whenever the sun shines - as it is indeed a "sun trap". We look forward to these guests returning soon With our Thanks,

We are so pleased our Texan guests had a great experience. They highlight the location as being not just great for North Berwick and East Lothian, but in particular Edinburgh - the ideal coastal base ! We are delighted these guests found the local tips and hints and advice useful on attractions, amenities and restaurants in this beautiful little spot. We are also thrilled to hear that Marine Lodge is in reality better than its photographs and that it provides a great, contemporary and comfortable base with all necessary facilities. We always aim to provide a great personal service and are grateful for the lovely remarks made about our service. Naturally, we will be overjoyed to see these guests once more and welcome them on their next trip.
