The Vintage Round Top property has received hundreds of 5-Star Reviews on VRBO, Google, and other booking platforms! The Boho cottage is a bespoke, vacation home rental designed in our signature "Modern Vintage" style. Located in Round Top, TX, The Vintage Round Top property sits on an acre and a half of beautiful country pasture and consists of four cottages, the No. 1450, Boho, Eisley and Pierce Cottages.

The Boho cottage features a modern mixture of boho,  glam, and industrial elements. The 2000 sq. ft. home has two (2) bedrooms, three (3) full baths, a 900 sq. ft. great room with vaulted ceilings. The great room includes a living room, a dining room with seating for 8-10, 2 additional seating areas that include 2 twin XL daybeds (to use to lounge by day and extra sleeping by night). Boho is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, full size washer/dryer, premium bed linens, RVT bath products, central AC/heat, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.  Each bedroom comes with its own private patio and there are also two covered decks coming off the great room and kitchen respectively. We offer handmade, top of the line Stearns and Foster beds!

Boho accommodates overnight stays for up to 8 guests max with the following arrangements:

•Master bedroom (king bed) & attached master bath with soaking tub and separate shower

•Guest bedroom (2 queen beds) with an attached full bath with shower and soaking tub

•Great Room (two day beds) with a dedicated full bath

Our other listing the No.1450 cottage (#642257) and the Boho are attached by a private hallway with locked doors on each side. We also have two additional stand alone Cozy Cottages, the Pierce (#2263633) and the Eisley (#2263602) that are on the same property and can also be booked. Conveniently located on the main road just one mile from Round Top square, this hip and unique property is walking distance to nine antique shows during the Spring and Fall Round Top Antique Fairs. Additionally, the property is a quarter mile from Festival Hill, a 200 acre campus containing major performance facilities, historic houses, extensive gardens, walking trails and nature preserves.

Please note:

Round Top shops and restaurants are generally open Wed - Sun. Surrounding towns (Brenham, LaGrange, Giddings) have more options during the week.

Due to the high-end amenities in our cottages as well as potential hazards to your little ones (sharp corners, glass antiques, gas fireplace, etc.), The Vintage Round Top is best for children ages 6 and up.

Our base rates listed are for double occupancy (first 2 guests). Additional guests are charged $50 per person / per night.

Exquisite Accommodations at Boho House

Boho House is an absolute showstopper. Lovely chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. We enjoyed opening all the doors, playing music while sipping wine on the patio overlooking a field of flowers. Just lovely. We will be back!

Stylish, clean and close to town

We stayed here to celebrate a friend's 40th. There were 6 of us and everyone went on and on how cool the house was; the decor, the size, and location can't be beat. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing accommodations!

We really enjoyed the house. It was 5 ladies and we all felt very comfortable especially with the 3 full baths and plenty of mirrors. Big space concept was wonderful. We were all either on the couches or the dinning table... chit catting and playing games. The décor was amazing. Cannot say enough of the house, the location, and of the town. We will be back during one of the big antique weekends.

Paige and Smoot Hull developed The Vintage Round Top in 2012 when they opened their first renovated cottage named No. 1450 in Round Top, Texas — home of renowned antiquing shopping and stunning countryside. The 2,400 sq. ft. home was designed with sustainability in mind. It’s comprised of reclaimed building materials and unique vintage finds creatively re-purposed into furniture, lighting, and decor. By combining modern, clean lines with reclaimed vintage touches, the "Modern Vintage" style was defined.

Over the next few years, many people retreated to No. 1450 as a special haven for getaways, celebrations, and special moments. The Hulls loved being able to share their home and their modern vintage lifestyle with others, so they decided to expand and share their home with even more people. In 2016 construction began on a second cottage named Boho. Unlike the original cottage that embodies an industrial modern farmhouse feel, the new Boho cottage features a more modern mixture of boho, glam, and industrial elements. Additionally, the Hulls are excited about showcasing the many talented artisans who have collaborated with them on this new project.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we love the rolling hills, fresh air, and pastoral views in this small unique town. Only one and a half hours from Houston or Austin and two hours from San Antonio, the town of Round Top has art galleries, antique shops, wine bars, and cafes that rival the big cities. The internationally renowned Round Top Antique Fair is held twice a year in Spring and Fall. Small town parades and festivals are held in the town square and bring you back to a simpler time. Festival Hill and Shakespeare at Winedale provide first-class entertainment. Five + small Texas towns are all only 20 minutes away with two large boating lakes 20 - 45 minutes away.
