Welcome to the Big Sky Barndominium! Shortcuts to shopping!

Welcome to Big Sky Barndominium! Whether you’re here for the famous Round Top Antique Show, Shakespeare at Winedale, a concert at Round Top Festival Hill, a destination wedding or to get away from it all, Big Sky Barndo is sure to please. Located less than 5 miles from the Round Top Square, Warrenton, Marburger Farms, and The Compound, we also can provide backroad directions to avoid 237 traffic during the height of the shows. Nestled on 35 acres between rolling hills and bales of hay, enjoy coffee on the porch in the morning watching the deer scurry by. The barndominium is new construction and was decorated by an Instagram-famous decorator, with modern touches, a fire pit and a full kitchen. It is locally owned and managed on-site by a Round Top resident of 25 years.

Round Top, now coined "The Hamptons of Texas,” is halfway between Houston and Austin. It is rich with culture, fine dining and made famous by the Round Top Antique Show. The antique show has grown to be the second-largest antique venue in the country, featuring everything from DIY to fine, European pieces. Big Sky Barndo is your ticket to it all. Don’t miss out!

A note on our refund policy: We will refund 100% at any time if Judge Joe Weber, the county judge for Fayette County, or any of the local elected officials close the antique shows. We realize this is the main draw to our area, and this is what happened last spring. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Cute house and perfect location

This is our 2nd time staying in the Barndominium and it is a perfect place for a group of friends visiting the Round Top area. Even though the house is on a secluded farm, it is just minutes away from all the shopping. Such cute farmhouse decor!

Hello, I'm Carol, and welcome to Big Sky Barndominium. My husband and I lived in Houston for 50 years and have been proud owners of a ranch in Round Top for 25 years. We like to say we bought property in Round Top before it was cool. We built a barndominium for our expanding family and decided to share our love of the area with travelers. We love living in this area, shopping and concert-going and hope our guests do as well. I will be on the other side of the property and available by text or phone should you have any questions. I know backroads and am happy to share shopping tips and Round Top history. Welcome to the country!
