Villa Eterea is a luxurious three-story age-old farm house built in the 18th century, located in the heart of the Valdichiana. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Eterea you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills and of the hills of Valdichiana. Villa Eterea is 800 square meters (8610 square feet). It features two private swimming pools, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Foiano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Eterea from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden.
To stay at Villa Eterea you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by olive trees and by cypresses. The garden is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, as well as with a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills.
Ground FloorVerandah
The verandah is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the first living room or from the garden. Is equipped with a small sofa and an armchair. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a view of the garden and of the hills.
Wellness room with bathroom
At Villa Eterea you will find a wellness room with a sauna. In the wellness room you will find an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. It is heated. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.

The first living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted with centuries-old brickwork that has been carefully restored. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace decorated.
