The most outstanding aspect of the villa is the view; it's difficult to capture it's splendor with photos. The villa is spacious and nicely appointed. It's actually somewhat rustic, but comfortable. Spacious bedrooms and beautiful outdoor spaces. It's a bit out of the way, however, worth the climb for the quiet and view. Tuoro is close by and it has grocery stores, specialty food stores, and a couple of good restaurants. All of the Tresimeno lakefront towns nearby are excellent for a quick day visit. You won't be disappointed you chose this property.

Idyllic Stay

The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend!

Family celebratory holiday

Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken.

Staying in Paradise!

Planned a long awaited family trip with the entire family from young to old. It was the best holiday week ever. If you fancy a quiet luxury place, with magnificent views from the mountain top to lake Trasimeno, that’s the place. The Villa is very spacious, perfectly equipped not only with a huge pool but also all utensils so you don’t even have to leave once during your stay. But just in case there is a nice Italian restaurant around the corner. … Everything from booking to coordination just before the arrival went perfectly, extremely friendly and any request taken seriously, prompt response and support, before, during and after the stay. Edoardo and Ina are real passionate hosts that care about their guests. Everything was uncomplicated. We all miss the quiet and wonderful paradise, will stay their unconditionally again.

Super Urlaub mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Villa ist großartig gelegen, mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno. Durch die erhöhte Lage war immer ein bisschen Wind, weshalb die Temperaturen auch an den heißesten Tagen angenehm waren. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Küche toll und großzügig bemessen. Einziges Manko: Die Liegen am Pool gehören dringend mal durch neue ersetzt, zum Teil waren sie ausgeleiert, ließen sich nicht mehr aufrecht stellen oder waren gar nicht mehr zu benutzen.

Maison et vue sublimes !

Magnifique maison, très spacieuse, très agréable, décorée avec goût. Les chambres et salles de bains sont très vastes et confortables. La vue sur le lac, les extérieurs de la maison et la piscine sont à couper le souffle. Très jolie vaisselle (ce qui est rare en location) !! Propriétaire charmant, très à l’écoute du confort et du bien être de ses vacanciers Très belle région à découvrir absolument ! Balade sur l’île Maggiore top ! Nous espérons y revenir !
