It was everything that it was supposed to be even though The City had one of its biggest water main breaks and was without water for 50 hours.

Great place for vacation

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times for several years. This condo was our absolute favorite. Clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, two sets of beach chairs were a plus and Kim is so easy to work with. Will definitely try and get this condo again

Great condo!

We had a great time at the property; it was really nice! I deducted a star because all of the bath towels REEKED of cigarette smoke when we arrived.

Thank you for your great review, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the towels, we require our cleaners be non-smokers so I'm not sure how that could have happened, but will definitely check into it. Thanks again!! Kim's Condos

Family vacation 2020

We loved this unit. We stayed July 2020 and will definitely stay here again next trip PCB. It was awesome to get four chairs with room. A fully-equipped kitchen was great.

Clean and convenient

Nice property, very clean and convenient to a lot of attractions. Kim's Condos answered promptly when we had questions. Elevators are very fast which is very important in the summer months. We would stay here again.

Spring break getaway

Beautiful condo. The layout is amazing with 2 en-suite rooms. Well equipped kitchen and recommendations in a binder. The pools weren’t heated but very clean. The balcony is fabulous with the best sunset view every night. Loved it. Highly recommend this condo.

Thank you so much for your great review!! We're glad to hear you enjoyed everything about the condo and those beautiful sunsets. Just to clarify, the two smaller pools are heated to Red Cross standards of 82 degrees year round, sometimes with the wind blowing across those pools it can feel colder, but the big lagoon pool is never heated. Thanks again! Kim's Condos

Excellent condo, definitely recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It was very clean and up to date and stocked with everything we needed. The patio was spacious with amazing views. Having beach chair setup was a huge perk and the beach area for this resort was much less crowded than others around it. The pools were great for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. Location was convenient for food, shopping and activities. We will stay here again if we come back to PCB!

Super sweet!

I don't normally write reviews, but y'all this condo was soooo nice! With two master bedrooms with separate balcony doors, keyless front door entry, ideal walking location to everything, and the beach view (even from my bed), we had a wonderful week! The guards were very polite and friendly. The pools and grounds were beautifully maintained. Our group is definitely hoping to return next year!

Outstanding place to stay, but with one fault

This place was great, roomy, well equipped, clean, very comfortable. Couldn't ask for much more. Location is great for anything you may want to do. If I could find anything wrong, it would be the elevators; there was only one available due to the other one broke down. This was bad on check out day, especially.

Thanks for your great review. Also Long Beach is having a complete elevator renovation starting September 2023 so that should take care of the elevator issues you experienced. Thanks again! ~Kim’s Condos

Incredible views and all your vacation needs met in this unit

I was so impressed with this condo and our experience there. I’ve stayed in many rentals, including very high end properties and this home really went above and beyond in ways that many don’t. The towels were plush and plentiful, there were plenty of dishes, utensils, storage containers for leftovers, soap dispensers, toothbrush holders, and power strips on each nightstand. The list goes on and on. The home was incredibly clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and loved having the beach chair service for our whole group.Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if coming to PCB
