When booking is complete you will receive a code for the front door in which you may check in straight to the room.
The condo unit has high speed internet service and cable through (Wow).

We have beach chair service for 2 chairs and a umbrella for FREE at the beach to our guest only when booking thru us! This service would cost $50.00 per day $350.00 per week at the beach for anyone staying at this resort in which we include now for FREE at our unit. This is a service we pay for and runs from March 15th until October 31st

Our professionally decorated END UNIT is located on the 7th floor unit #725 with an unobstructed view of the Gulf! The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, sitting chair and reading table by the large bay window facing the ocean, WHAT A VIEW EACH MORNING WHEN YOU AWAKE!

This unit just got new tile in the bedrooms with new sitting chairs, pictures, NEW MATTRESSES, and new patio furniture, new living room furniture.

There is also a TV and a door that leads directly to the patio balcony ocean front. The master bedroom has it own master private bath with a garden tub, stand alone shower, and double sinks.
The guest room has a queen bed, sitting chair and TV.
There are set bunk beds that are separately located from the master bedroom and guest bedroom.
In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa with a rocker chair that reclines.

We have included a cooler to take to the beach or pool with a array of beach toys and extra chairs which helps suit your needs.

The kitchen is very modern with granite counter tops in which we have made sure that the kitchen has every possible amenity to make your stay as comfortable as home. The open dining and living areas are perfect for entertaining or just hanging out, with the 50' flat screen is wonderful to watch late night movies! The beach front patio balcony with its 4 chair dining set and a lounge chair is perfect to sit and have a great breakfast or dinner as you watch the sun come up or go down with the ocean right in front of you. The condo is furnished with a washer, dryer,ironing board and iron in the unit as well!

The ocean side pool (with a tiki bar) is perfect for a quick dip or a long lounge. There is an additional kids pool located on property that has a walk-in entry making entertaining the little ones extremely easy.

The Sky Bar is open nightly for a relaxing drink at the bar or lounge. Live entertainment is often available during the peak season.

We are located at the west end of the beach-out of much of the heavier traffic. Emerald Beach is moments away from shopping like Publix and Wal- Mart. The shopping district of 'Pier Park' is just down the street. It's retail flagships are Target, Dillards, JC Penny, Ann Taylor Loft, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works and so much more. Think 'the Avenue' hits PCB. The restaurants include Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Panera Bread Company, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Brick Pizza, Five Guys Burgers, and Marble Slab Creamery.
