Immediate vicinity of the Odet (50 m) in a wooded and quiet environment. Initially a coastal path for a very enjoyable visit to one of the most beautiful resorts of Brittany.

Access to secure building (intercom). Enclosed private garden of 150 m2 allowing children to frolic safe and parents to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, protected 2 terraces, 2 private parking spaces. The apartment has a double orientation: south and west.

Un accueil très convivial par les propriétaires. Un petit cadeau de bienvenu. Une très belle location, très bien située, avec une très belle exposition et un très beau jardin au bord de la rivière l'ODET, rien ne manque. Un endroit très calme. De belles promenades à faire au départ de la location. Places de parking réservées au logement. Nous avons passés 15 jours au top à BENODET malgré la canicule, on était au frais dans l'appartement.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé. Comme à la maison. Nous avons aussi profité du jardin : repas sur la terrasse à l'ombre, au chant des petits oiseaux et des chaises longues.Depuis l'appartement, on part très facilement à pied vers l'Odet via la forêt.Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.Les propiétaires sont très acceuillants.Nous avons eu les draps et serviettes demandés en supplément.On reviendra, c'est sûr !

Le logement de plain-pied est très agréable, très confortable, parfaitement aménagé et décoré avec goût. Il ne manque rien ou alors …, nous n’en avons pas eu besoin. Endroit très calme et charmant avec une petite cour bien orientée et sympa. Les hôtes sont avenants, aimables et très attentionnés. Ils savent ce que recevoir veut dire, pour preuve un petit cadeau de bienvenue est offert ! Merci à Vous. Nous nous permettons de recommander ce lieu car nous n’avons rien trouvé de négatif.

Un séjour dans un logement très agréable et accueillant

Joël et Marie-Joe nous ont très bien accueillis. Leur appartement est très spacieux, avec deux chambres, un grand séjour et une grande salle de bain. Tout est neuf. L'espace extérieur clôturé était parfait pour manger dehors et pour les enfants. La plage est proche à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, près de toutes les commodités. Un bémol : l'exposition... Nous avons du utiliser le chauffage en plein mois de juin !

Notre appartement est orienté sud et ouest. C'est en fait l'environnement boisé et la végétation dense qui peut entraîner cette fraîcheur, de plus, il n'a pas fait très beau lors de votre séjour. Nous allons demander un élagage à la mairie de Bénodet afin d'aérer l'environnement.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eignet sich gut für Familien mit Kindern. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist recht klein, aber das Kinderzimmer ist geräumig genug für drei. Und das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls groß. Der Garten ist schattig, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, eine Spülmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle. Dazu eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, 10-15 Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen direkt an der Anse de Penfoul, nahe des Yachthafens. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement très bien situé,proche de tout. Le confort comme à la maison bien équipé.

Un accueil sympathique et attentionné. Un bel appartement, bien équipé,au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Proximité de l Anse de Penfoul Proche de tout a pied ou en vélo! Nous y avons passé une magnifique semaine. On y reviendra ;-) La région est magique, Bénodet mérite ces 5 étoiles.

Idéal, même pour 2 couples

Appartement spacieux, 2 belles chambres lumineuses, hyper équipé, au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 terrasses, jardin ombragé , 2 places de parking, proche des commerces et du port. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés. L’endroit permet de belles ballades.
