New apartment T3 on the 1st and last floor of a small residence ideally located 150m from the beach. The quiet of Letty is 1. 5km from the center of Benodet, where all the shops are accessible.

Bright living / dining room with TV, convertible corner sofa (extra sleeping 2 places), opening onto a large terrace facing south. (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, awning). Open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave ...).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bénodet. L'appartement très propre et très confortable est en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos. Absolument magnifique

Cet appartement offre un point d’attache parfait pour visiter Benodet et ses alentours. Balades à pieds, en vélo, tout est possible et accessible. Les aménagements de la ville sont excellents. Moi et ma fille avons passé un séjour extraordinaire.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bénodet und natürlich auch in der gesamten Region Finistère. In Bezug auf das Apartment entsprach alles unseren Vorstellungen bzw. war wie in der Anzeige offeriert. Insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Wir werden das Apartment gern weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung mit einem großen Balkon und kurzem Weg zum Strand. Der Empfang durch Dominique war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühl. Als wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen vorzeitig abreisen mussten war sowohl der Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail als auch zu Dominique unkompliziert und schnell. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Appartement parfait, on y dort super bien, c'est très calme et nous sommes à 100m de la plage. La mer blanche est magnifique, l'eau y est transparente mais cette année 2023 très très froide. Et un bémol pour la plage, qui est en petit cailloux et non pas du sable blanc doux( mettre basket au promenade sur la plage). Je conseil à 10000% la visite de l'île de glenan, c'est un autre monde on se croirait dans une île hors de la France. Dépaysement total. Bon l'autre bémol c'est le temps de Bretagne, vous avez les 4 saison en une journée. Mais je vous souhaite de pouvoir y aller. Superbe la Bretagne.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Bénodet. In der ruhig gelegenen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Meeresarm hinter einer großen Düne ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist auch der weitläufige Strand von Mousterlin, nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Sehr netter Empfang und problemlose Abwicklung durch den Wohnungsverwalter Dominique. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Barbara F.

Schöne Wohnung. Sehr guter Service. Schnelle Abstimmungen. Nicht direkt im Zentrum von Benodet gelegen, aber in exzellenter, sehr ruhiger Lage in fussläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum gelegen. Strandzugang u. Segelschule nach wenigen Metern. Hat uns dort total gefallen.

Belle location

Tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé de la réservation à la remise des clés le jour du départ. Les propriétaires prennent soin de ce logement et mettent tout à disposition pour que les vacanciers ne manquent de rien. La terrasse est formidable. Je recommanderai cette location. Encore merci.

Excellente adresse !

Appartement très agréable pour 4 personnes. Etat impeccable, literie de qualité, immense terrasse exposée plein sud. Situé dans un quartier excentré du centre de Bénodet, très calme et à 150 m de la lagune. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
