Bungalow in an Excellent Location

Dear Hayley, thank you for your nice review.As you said the bungalow is equipped with everything you need to live independently.it's normal that sometimes there is humidity at night. We are on an island in the middle of the Atlantic and that's why we have equipped the bungalow with dehumidifiers and fans that can be used if necessary. We normally leave available to guest the detergents for cleaning the house. Our linen, as well as being sanitised each time, is replaced periodically. Again, thank you.You will always be welcome when you decide to return to Playa Blanca.

Dear John, thank you for your feedback. I must admit, though, that I am a little disappointed in what you’ve written because when I asked you how your stay was going, you said that everything was fine. As I clearly explained to you just before your arrival, the refurnishing consisted dehumidifier, in new chairs, new sunbeds, and an additional freezer, with fast internet and full package TV for free. I disagree on the dirty curtains; they may have had some small spots that can’t be wiped at the bottom, but along with the cushions they have been sanitized by our staff just before your arrival. As far as the kitchen cupboard is concerned, it was left clean so the leak must have been caused by a defective bottle left at your disposal.
