El apto.es tal y como aparece en el anuncio. Está perfecto, muy limpio, muy cerca de la playa y a 10 minutos andando del puerto de Denia y de toda la zona de restauración. El dueño es una persona estupenda, dando todo tipo de información a nivel del apto., de conocimiento de la zona, etc. La urbanización donde está ubicado el apto.está muy cuidada, siempre limpia y muy tranquila. Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas.
