Papakea Resort is upgrading interior plumbing in all condos through mid 2026. Our "L" building is expected to be closed for this construction from February 2026 through April 2026, but the final schedule will not be known until 2025. The County of Maui will be considering which resorts may continue operating as short-term rental properties sometime in 2025. We will continue to comply with Hawaii state and Maui county rules. We continue to accept reservation requests through 2025 based on the best available information.
