Joya Village House with private yard

Joya House is a 2015 renovated village two bedroom two floor house, with its own enclosed yard in Agios Leon, Zante. Ideal for up to 5 persons, families, couples, friends, it offers a real 'like the locals" experience, as you can walk through the village's narrow streets, and mix with its people.
Joya House has a ground floor kitchen, bathroom and living room, with an enclosed relaxing yard, and two bedrooms on the top floor. A master bedroom, with a double bed and a ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with a small double and single bed.
The house also, has a private courtyard with a garden. Ideal for all those who want to stay alone and relax.
Guests have access to all spaces. The house's ground floor is connected to the top floor through an open space stone staircase.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed(queen size), A/C, a FULL HD TV and a vintage radio. The mattress of bed is really comfort with 300 layer springs for a truly restful sleep, a major reason to choose the house.
In the bathroom you can find all the amenities, such as, shampoos, shower gel, soaps, towels and a hair-drier. Furthermore you can use the washing machine, the electric iron and the ironing board.
At the 1st floor also is situated the second bedroom with a Small Double and Single Bed. Also there are A/C, TV-player and DVD-player.
In the kitchen area, you can prepare breakfast and other meals, as you can find all electrical appliances and utensils, such as, cooker with hotplates, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle e.t.c.
In the living room you can also find an energy efficiency fireplace, a Sofa and a Smart TV.
Furthermore at the ground floor you can use the washing machine, the electric iron and the ironing board, you can find the second kitchen of the house and a WC.
Last but not least, you can enjoy your wine at the private yard, under the natural arbor with grapes.
The house is located in the middle of an average traditional greek village. It has easy access to a corner shop, a petrol station, a couple of bakeries (one of them being typically greek), a taverna. Locals are pretty quiet, and always friendly.The village of Agios Leon is a mountainous village with easy access to the main road, 20 minutes from the airport and 15 from Laganas. It is located on the western side of the island and has two picturesque beaches (Limnionas and Roxa) both having tavernas nearby.
