The accommodation is basic but good and very clean. Only one of the bedrooms has aircon but the sitting room (which has sofa beds) has aircon con. The kitchen has very basic utensils but enough for simple cooking. The house has 3 separate outside seating areas - shady at different times of day.. The pool and outside areas are beautiful and very well maintained. Great location and we explored the whole island. Makis is a very kind and attentive host who responded immediately to our messages. We had an evening flight and he was happy for us to have a late check out. We had a fabulous time and if I come back to Zakynthos I would definitely stay here again
