We grew up and live in Kavala considering it an amazing place to live. The combination of the sea and the forest and the spectacular view of all of it from the apartment made us named it VERDE (green) BLUE. We are a pair of engineers, an architect wife and a city planner myself, and we were aiming to make a urban modern aesthetic apartment, minimalist, functional, trying to make the most of the incredible view.

Verde Blue is a totally renovated in modern urban aesthetics, roof loft luxury apartment, just one mile from Kavala city center and half of mile from the beach. The breathtaking view of Kavala's beauties, combined with the 65 m2 terrace, makes it the ideal place for quality and relaxing time with family and friends.

Quiet neighborhood, just a mile away to Kavala' s sightseeings with a panoramic unblock view to them. Enjoying the view of the castle and the old city, the port, the sea, the forest and the modern town, relaxing in the terrace with the family or friends.
