Featuring two terraces, La Casa di Anastasia Panorama is a villa located in Nea Karvali, belonging to the beautiful bay of Kavala in the area of Makedonia, Greece. The property is located 15 meters away from the sea. It includes air-condition and a seating area in the balcony which serves also as dining space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well coffee machines. There are two bathrooms. Bathing towels and bed linen are provided.
Many cafes and restaurants are located nearby and along the beach.

Kavala is 10 km away, while Keramoti with the ferries heading to Thasos island are 15 km from the property. The nearest airport is "Kavala International "Megas Alexandros" Airport, 19 km from La Casa di Anastasia Panorama.

The house is panoramically built and extends in a surface of 180m². It contains a wide extra cosy living room on the first floor, with large comfortable sofas, one of them corner, that can be used for sleeping too, dining fully equipped kitchen and bar, a bedroom with a double comfy bed, bathroom and sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea. Outside the house there is a green sunny yard and a covered parking place.

The large internal staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of 2 bedrooms, one of which king size, with office, bathroom, storage room with washing machine and a huge veranda with wonderful panoramic views reaching even the wonderful island of Thassos and the peninsula of Athos in Halkidiki.

Interaction with guests

In addition to the in-house facilities, you will find food and treats in the fridge for the first day of arrival as well as tea and coffee, homemade jam and honey from the local area, clean towels and sheets as well as shampoo and bubble bath, and one Greek wine for welcoming you and making your stay relaxing and memorable. Fresh bath towels and bed linens, tips about the area, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town of Kavala are provided so that you feel like a local. During your stay we will assist you any time needed.

Large apartment with three big bedrooms and plenty of room in the living and dining areas and two huge terraces overlooking the bay and the beach. Host is very friendly and helpful .

Heaven in Nea Kavali

We loved our stay at Casa Anastasia. The house is beautiful and the views of the sea from the windows and many balconies were breathtaking. The host made us feel very welcomed and stocked the house with groceries for our first few days including coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, eggs, pasta, bread, sweets, etc. Would very highly recommend staying there.

Stay in Nea Karvali

Greg, the host, and his mother were very accomodating in every way. They were there whenever we had a question and helped us in finding good restaurants, stores, etc. We had a wonderful time in this unit. The view was wonderful and the beach nearby was nice. The community was quiet and friendly.

The neighborhood

Within only a few steps from the house there is a small harbour, for fishing lovers, as well a park and green terraces to enjoy nature. The sea lays exactly below the house. You can find coffee-restaurant-pizza in a 20-meter distance, supermarket at 400 meters and several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. In just a short walk also you can reach the centre of the village, where you can find a lot of bakeries, pharmacy, traditional pastry shops, and the famous almond shortbread of Nea Karvali, made with its original recipe, kourabie. Make sure to try it!

What makes this property unique

All the surrounding area includes places and resorts absolutely worth visiting. From the amazing beaches of sand hills (Ammolofoi) of Nea Peramos and the sand tongue of Keramoti, to the urban delta of Nestos River with its wild beauty. One absolutely unique scenery is the footpath of Old Kavala, the so--called water road, a beautiful natural footpath passing through pine trees and a characteristic stone bridge, to result to a gorge where you can swim - it is pretty cool also during summer, but totally worth it! You can reach the start of the pathway within less than 10 minuted driving distance from the property.
