Rooms badly planned
The kitchen was good.
The pool area was good.
The neighbors where good.
Bedroom was really bad. The ventilation was bad and there either was foul smell from the sewers or from the humidity that caused mold on the roof and walls.
When this was addressed, the answere was that I should have investigated more if I was sensitive to those conditions.
Aircondition in the living room and fans in the others.
To get ok temperature in the other rooms it had to be cold in the living room with the bedsofa.
The room with the double bed had small windows to the other room and a door towards the bathroom. To be able to sleep the door had to be closed with minimal ventilation due to the small windows going to the other rooms. The main bedroom had no separate Aircondition and to provide ventilation we opened the windows the first week. And due to noise late at night (3-4 o clock or later) and even visits with American coacroach we closed the windows the rest of the stay. The conactpersons recommendation.
The aircondition leaked water on the neighbour due to poor construction. I fixed one of the issues by standing on one leg on an unstable ladder, 3 m up, since the technician couldn't come. I even let the neighbours make the call.
It was the neighbours that told us that we could hang our clothes on the roof. We were of course not provides with that information or a key to the roof. That was fixed within a day so that was food. (It would have been better to have it from the beginning.
2 of my new white shirts got orange spots on them after I washed them in the washing machine.
Warm water 50 liters.
I even sent my daughter back home to Sweden since she had problem with the ventilation. This has never happened before. We travel 2-3 times a year to warm and humid areas all around the world. We have been in Spain several times.
When we noticed the bad conditions mainly from the bathroom that had really bad airflow out and the ventilation in the apartment we tried to cancel our 3 week stay. And it wasn't impossible, as I prior said. It was apparently my fault that I didn't ask if the apartment had good ventilation in the bathroom, the bad smells, the bad ventilation.
