O Apt. é acolhedor e muito bem localizado. A alguns Kms tem o Centro Comercial Vasco da Gama. a minha reclamação vai para o serviço prestado. É necessário ouvir o cliente. Mais atenção a limpeza do apartamento. Caso tenha sido feita a alguns dias, no dia do checkin é necessário dar uma vista de olhos pois a zona é poeirenta por estar frente a um descampado.

Appartement correct, avec améliorations souhaitables

Nous y avons passé un assez bon séjour, mais l'appartement était un peu trop chaud : une climatisation serait souhaitable ou a minima un ventilateur par pièce (l'une des chambres en était dépourvue, nous en avons demandé au gestionnaire qui n'a pas répondu à notre demande, nous avons donc dû en acheter nous-même). Les matelas sont à changer car inconfortables. De plus, il n'y avait pas de draps du dessus, juste des couettes, inutilisables vu la chaleur. Nous avons demandé des draps, mais n'avons pas eu de réponse (message et appel restés sans réponse). L'appartement a un bon potentiel et mériterait plus de générosité avec de petites dépenses permettant un meilleur accueil: changement de la literie, équipement de la cuisine (couverts, verres et autres en nombre très insuffisant), des prises sont nécessaires dans la cuisine (il n'y a qu'une prise, pour passer du micro-onde, à la cafetière, à la bouilloire ou autre, il faut débrancher et rebrancher à chaque fois). Le balcon est grand, un aménagement adéquat permettrait d'en profiter. Le quartier est plutôt calme et agréable pour marcher ou faire du vélo.

Appartement excentré en zone calme SACAVEM

Agréable découverte de LISBONNE ! Il manquait le temps pour voir l'ensemble des points intéressants de cette belle capitale alliant modernité et Histoire! Un gros bémol: le manque de précision concernant la logistique à développer à partir de notre hébergement. Prospectus concernant l'utilisation du réseau Bus CARRIS( certes il fallait utiliser le site WEB) en différentes langues! Déjà savoir que pour se rendre à ORIENTE le BUS 708 est à utilisé majoritairement ( arrêt pas très éloigné de notre appartement de séjour).Je pense ceci important. Ensuite à l'intérieur de l'appartement, il manquait des couverts, quelques verres et au niveau échantillon douche ou autre un peu plus qu'un pot Lave Vaisselle et Lave Linfe. Vue du balcon mienne. Une table plus grande sur balcon serait bienvenue, éventuellement une climatisation aussi ! Rien à dire sur la propreté de notre habitat. La Salle de bain manquait d'aération. Literie un peu inconfortable, un peu dur le matelas! Attention au placard ,ouverture peu aisée dûe aux zones aimantées!! Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié notre court séjour ! Car suffisamment debrouillardes pour maîtriser les déplacements via BUS MÉTRO TRAIN TRAM. Nous devons cependant notifié que l'obtention d'informations en direct auprès de l'office du tourisme ou autres intervenants fut très très très très compliquée et parfois manque d'empathie et de courtoisie. Être dans ce GTHOUSE à Sacavem à maintenu le calme même si non loin d'une avenue circulante!

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ideal

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ideal. Nah am Tejo und das Expo Gelände ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war fehlerhaft. Ein Weinglas, ein Küchenmesser....Man müsste einfach mal nachkaufen und Einiges renovieren.

more essential accessories required for long stay

The property is in perfect place for family BUT needs more essential if you want to stay over a week SPACIALY for groups of more than four (sheets,new pillows,cleaning materials such as Hoover,kitchen towels that I find just one ,broken table in the kitchen if it’s not necessary has to be removed,) It’s a good check in ,of course we have been late and cost us €15 but still nice we’ll come by a lady who’s been helpful even after checking still she tried to help for sheets when I requested and later I find one which it was small and been ignored at the second time requesting. Over all looks like not many people are interested for this property that’s why it was a bit dusty on beds. I recommend to anyone whom interested CHECK the CLEANNESS and ACCESSORIZE are in no HAZARDOUS and in WORKING ORDER Overall it would be good place to stay if the owner spends some money to renew the bedding and also if he’ll be a bit generous would eventually helping such a good areas with more gust’s to generate more STARS = MONEY
