Alpenlodge: Exclusive apartment with private garden and terrace in Stubai valley

Our apartments are located in a beautifully restored Tyrolean house from the 17th century. The individually and lovingly decorated apartments combine traditional flair of past centuries with modern comforts. Natural high-quality materials and modern technology combined with the historical flair of our house makes our house to your ideal holiday home.
In winter the Stubai Valley is one of the top ski resorts in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) around our vacation apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily accessible in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. Station 1 min. from the house!
In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling. Start directly from the front door to leisure hikes or demanding climbs. You don't need your car for your activities - you can leave it safe on your private parking in front of the house.

The house consists of three independent apartments with separate entrances.
The apartments can be rented separately or together.

Our „Alpenlodge“ apartment embodies Tyrolean living at its most elegant! Meticulous design, modest and yet classy. Our newest apartment offers exclusive accommodation for 2-5 people on two floors (75m2) with the best of Tyrolean flair and tradition.

You will feel right at home in our lovingly decorated rooms. The custom-made fitments are authentic and true to local style. This apartment is an oasis of comfort for those who demand that little bit extra and enjoy a touch of luxury. Relax, enjoy and be revitalised – allow yourself to be enchanted by the charm of our Alpenlodge.

On request, a Tyrolean bakery can deliver you every day breakfast rolls,
a shop (small bargain store) is found around the corner. Two restaurants are located about two minutes by foot away from the house.
There is a free parking space available as well as a sunny garden with lawn chairs and a patio to relax, enjoy the sun and eat.
Two mountain bikes and two sledges belong to the house - you can use them at anytime for free.

Super Ferienwohnung

Sehr modern eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch zum ski fahren sehr gut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Fewo sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Überaus herzlicher Empfang! An der frisch renovierten Wohnung war nichts zu bemängeln. Moderne und gleichzeitig traditionnelle Einrichtung, grosses, schönes Bad, gemütliche Betten und offene Küche mit ausreichender Kochaustattung. Blitzsauberes Appartment in guter Lage. Frische Brötchen zum Frühstück liefert der Bäcker auf Bestellung morgens vor die Tür und für eine erholungsreiche Wellnesserfahrung sorgt ein auf zwei Autominuten liegendes Freizeitzentrum. Sehr sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit nützlichen Tipps zu Wanderausflügen, Restaurants und sonstigen Freizeitaktivitäten. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Entspannter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage und Wohnung

Wir waren nunmehr das 3. Mal in Telfes und bei Familie Pircher-Maes; die Wohnungen sind modern und zugleich gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt; mit allem Komfort und Service. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. So schöne und vor allem gepflegte Wohnungen haben wir bisher kaum gehabt. Es fühlt sich sehr familiär an. Die Lage der Wohnung und auch des Ortes sind ebenfalls toll. Es nennt sich zurecht das Sonnendorf des Stubaitals und hat eine angenehme Nähe nach Innsbruck. Die naheliegenden Skilifte sind ebenfalls gut mit Auto und Skibus (wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt) zu erreichen. Es ist das perfekte Urlaubsgebiet mit und ohne Kinder! Wir kommen gerne immer wieder :) Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Stilvolles, ruhiges Appartement

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Alpen Lodge gewohnt und uns super wohl gefühlt! Über 2 Etagen hatten wir ein sehr schön eingerIchtetes Apprtement. Im Untergeschoss Essen, Wohnen und die Bäder und im Obergeschossoben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Wir waren mit unseren Kinder (1 und 4 Jahre) dort. Der zugehörige Garten mit Sitzecke bietet schöne Ecken zum Verweilen und ausspannen. Telfes ist weniger touristisch und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden... Wenn man gut essen will muss man auf die anderen Orte ausweichen.

Traumferienwohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir haben im Sommer mit zwei Kindern (9 und 14 Jahre) in der Alpenlodge zwei Wochen herrliche Ferien verbracht. Die Wohnung und der Ort Telfes sind in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner, als die vielen Fotos es darstellen. Zauberhafte Atmosphäre und liebevolle Gastgeber haben unseren Urlaub zum Highlight des Jahres werden lassen. Am Ende haben wir schon darüber nachgedacht, wie und wann wir wieder kommen können. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und perfekt für Urlaub in jeder Lebensphase, gerne auch mit kleinen Kindern. Hauskatze und Kaninchen im (eigenen) Garten erfreuten besonders unsere jüngste Tochter. Super gepflegter Zustand, absolute Ruhe in der Umgebung und eine Alpenlodge mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet, machten aus unseren Ferien ein Entspannungsparadies. Zu Beginn der Reise bekamen wir von unseren Gastgebern viele Unterlagen mit Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung und auch während der Ferien standen sie uns immer mit Ratschlägen zur Tourenplanung zur Seite. Ein toller Service! Wir haben die vier Bergbahnen der Umgebung mehr als genutzt. Unzählige Wanderwege in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden warten auf die Urlauber und besonders auf Familien mit Kindern. Innsbruck lässt sich gut mit der Bahn erreichen und ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Durch die gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wäre auch eine Anreise per Bahn je nach Ausgangsort möglich. Wer Party und Massentourismus sucht, ist hier falsch - für uns war Telfes und seine netten Bewohner genau das Richtige! Danke Carole und Robert für die wunderbare Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne, gemütliche & sehr saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern (13 und 15) im Juni/Juli in der Ferienwohnung "Alpenlodge" unseren Urlaub verbracht. Von den Vermietern sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen worden und auch während des Urlaubes waren sie sehr nett und überaus hilfsbereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt in der Fewo Alpenlodge und Carole, die Gastgeberin, hat uns mit vielen Infos versorgt. (Ausflugsziele, Wanderungen, Bio Bauer zum Einkaufen in direkter Nachbarschaft, Essen gehen in der Umgebung usw.) Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bis in jede Ecke, sie ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr geräumig und liebevoll rustikal. Das Bad und ebenso die separate Toilette ist innen liegend ohne Fenster. Allerdings ist dies durch die liebevolle Gestaltung fast nicht zu bemerken. Eine Lüftungsanlage sorgt für optimale Belüftung in allen Räumen. Der Ort Telfes eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in alle Richtungen. Ein kleines Geschäft ist in zwei Minuten von der Wohnung zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war eines der besten Apartments, die wir bisher gemietet haben. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Carole und ihre Familie. Es waren zwei wunderschöne Wochen bei euch.

Top-Appartement im Stubaital

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, welches in dem goßen gut 500 Jahre alten Haus hervorragend eingepasst wurde. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr netten Vermieter leben auch in dem Haus und waren jederzeit bereit uns Tipps für alle Dinge zu geben. Das Skigebiet Schlick 2000 hatte unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und ist sowohl mit dem Skibus als auch mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn man mal eine Skipause machen möchte, bietet sich das neue Freizeitbad Stubay in Telfes/Fulpmes an. Auch einen Ausflug nach Innsbruck sollte man nicht versäumen. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto oder noch bequemer mit der Bahn von Fuplmes dort. Hier lohnt sich nicht nur der Stadtbummel, sondern auch ein Besuch im Alpenzoo. Wer im Stubaital eine wirklich stilvolle Unterkunft sucht, der ist hier absolut richtig.

We had a fantastic stay in Alpenlodge. The apartment has plenty of space for 5 (we were two adults and three boys 15, 12 & 9). There is ample wardrobe space, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable lounge and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was designed very thoughtfully (places to put your skis, heated floors...) and has a gorgeous interior. Carol was really helpful in finding us the right slopes for our ski ability. Despite being early in the season without a lot of snow on the ground, we had several options. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, modern und funktionell. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann den Urlaub genießen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufgeschlossen und gibt einem gute und kompetente Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Das Stubaital bietet sehr viel interessante Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Sehr empfehlenswerte ist die Therme in Telfs, die man von der Wohnung bequem zu Fuß in 10 min erreichen kann.

Wir kamen in den frühen Morgenstunden bei Familie Pircher an und wurden herzlichst empfangen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet , wodurch wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Super Lage; ca. 20 Minuten bis Innsbruck und 3 Skigebiete vor der Tür, hinzu kamen noch die sehr guten Tipps und Empfehlungen der Familie Pircher. Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Winterurlaub und kommen gerne wieder! :-)
