About this property

Welcome to Punta Prima and a beautyful apartment complex, This is a flat with two spacious bedrooms (Bedroom 1, 2 beds 200x90, Bedroom 2 2beds 200x90) and two bathrooms. The living has a comfortable sofa bed, (200x 140) Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, all the latest of 2019. All beds are new and very comfortable. Washing machine. A few minutes drive to good golfing and lovely beaches. Nice big outdoor pool with a lovely sundeck. Enjoy swimming when the outside is chilly in our covered pool with the enjoyable spa, with jacuzzi and sauna.
Smart Tv with Chromecast, Internet, Netflix etc.
Close to any service, restaurants, hairdresser, fashion, pharmacy, medical service, veterinary, and a local bus for easy transportation to markets. 6km to Torrevieja city, and only 3 km to the Zenia Boulevard. Garage is included and the elevator takes you comfortably to the 1st floor were the apartment is situated. You won't be disappointed spending a relaxing vacation in our lovely home in Punta Prima at the Orihuela Costa!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ebenso wie die Anlage in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Obwohl Internet vorhanden war, gab es aber leider keinen Wifi - Code. Der einzige Mangel.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très beau et très fonctionnel. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Dans les chambres, les lits sont très confortables et les 2 salles de bains sont superbes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle résidence neuve. Les 2 piscines sont très agréables.

I live in Sweden, Stockholm with my family, but I grew up at the west coast, In Gothenburg. We went to Spain and found Punta Prima and immediately fell in love with the area. We try to come as often we can.

Why they chose this property

This property was for sale when we had decided to buy and we fell for its beautiful garden, the poops, indoor and outdoors. The location is just perfect since there is everything within walking distance and still area near by to enjoy nature. We love hiking and the beaches are just som many and offer a variety if you like scuba diving swimming or just leaping sun.

What makes this property unique

Absolutely the location, the calm surrounding and full pulse when you want it nearby.
The warm pool and the jacuzzi and sauna, just to indulge yourself all year around. The resort is open and widely built for an airy feeling, lets you enjoy watching the view with the ocean in the rear.
