The 51 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon has air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The balcony has outdoor furniture. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The house has a swimming pool. Nearby is a playground. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The nearest supermarket "Konsum" is 250 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are 200 meters away. The sea and the city beach of Los Locos are about a kilometer away. Accommodation option - up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
