About this property

Beautiful apartment near the beach, 2 bedrooms, for 4 people, pool

Our apartment "La Chata" is on the ground floor of a house with only three units. It has a large living / dining room, open kitchen and three bedrooms, in which we can accommodate four people (for formal reasons), although each room is completely furnished as a bedroom. In addition there are two bathrooms, one of them en suite with the corresponding bedroom.

Outside there are sun loungers to rest on the edge of the community pool.

The house is located in a quiet area, on the second line of the sea, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and a shopping area with several restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Great place in great location

Lots to offer in this unit. It was a good size for a family, with a nice pool outside. Beach was very close too and so were the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay

Family of 4 (two kids 3 and 8 y/o) staying for 12 days, and had a great time. Very nice and spacious apartment, with a super cosy terrace and large swimming pool that we enjoyed whenever not being at the nearby beach or on road trips. Located in a calm area, but still close to the beach and local center.

Ein tolles Erlebnis

Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in schöner Lage mit 2 min Fußweg zum Wasser und zur Bucht. Die ersten Restaurants sind in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen zum Hafen läuft man ca. 15 min mit dem Auto ist man in drei min dort. Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang und eine persönliche Ansprache und Betreung durch die Verwaltung, die mit vielen Tios ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket geschaffen hat. Ein toller Pool und neue Klimaanlage/ Heizung konnten ebenfalls gleich genutzt werden. Wir kommen gern wieder dorthin.

Great apartment, great location

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Accessibility was important as we had a member of the group with limited mobility. The apartment and surrounding area was perfect. Rudi was so helpful, with questions pre arrival, during check in and for the time we were there. 5 star review. Definitely recommend.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung richtig geniessen können. Es hat alles super geklappt, Rudi unser Kontaktmann war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war herrlich, die Strände in der nahen Umgebung traumhaft und die Marina von Cala d'Or auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar, da es einen schönen Fussweg dorthin gibt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Appartement très agréable, avec piscine (partagée) et bien situé

Le séjour était d’autant plus agréable que nous étions les seuls dans le bâtiment (3 appartements). Nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner tous les jours au bord de la piscine (une table et 4 chaises à partager).

Super leilighet med flott beliggenhet

Leiligheten er smakfullt innredet og godt utstyrt. Den overbygde verandaen på forsiden av huset var perfekt til stille morgenstunder, eller avslapning i solnedgangen. Svømmebassenget, som deles med to andre enheter, var stort og lå usjenert til bak leiligheten. Uteområdene var flotte og velholdte. Det eneste vi savnet i leiligheten var aircondition eller noe bedre løsninger for avkjøling om natten. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og reiser gjerne tilbake.
