The apartment is located in a beautiful complex very well maintained, with 7 swimming pools and gardens. With modern decoration and a fantastic porch with sofa and armchairs to relax, hammocks, BBQ table and chairs for 6 people and views of the pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living / dining room and open kitchen. Two beaches just 5 minutes walk and 3 minutes from the commercial area with bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and all kinds of services. Only 10 minutes walk from the well known Marina de Cala 'Or.

Excelente estancia

Hemos pasado unos dias increibles, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario, muy bien cuidado y la terraza es maravillosa. La ubicacion es muy buena cerca de la playa y el complejo muy bonito y seguro. Destacamos y agradecemos la hospitalidad de Francisco, desde antes de nuestra llegada y en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos al volver a Mallorca.

Ein sonniger Winterurlaub

Wir verbrachten zu zweit unseren Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser hübschen Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Francisco ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten täglich Garten, Sonnenliegen und Terrasse genießen. Auch bei kühleren Temperaturen am Abend war es dank Klimaanlage angenehm warm. Vor unserer Ankunft hatte Francisco diese sogar schon angeschaltet um uns in einer warmen Wohnung Willkommen zu heißen. Die Lage ist gut geeignet um Ausflüge zu machen und die schönen Buchten der Umgebung zu erkunden. In der Winterzeit ist in Cala d'or vieles geschlossen, aber viele größere Supermärkte sind täglich geöffnet. Und man kann die Schönheit der Strände und Orte in Ruhe genießen.

Perfect for a long term stay

We stayed here for three weeks and combined remote work and vacation. The apartement had everything we needed and was super clean. Beds are super comfortable. The WiFi was excellent, which was important for our remote work. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere on our terrace and the pools in the complex. Nearby are shops, restaurants and two calas, all reachable by foot. The owner provided recommendations for restaurants, calas and sightseeing, all of them were super nice. The best beaches of Mallorca are in this area. We really loved it. Thank you for the nice stay.

Great holiday

The apartment was very clean and well equipped for our holiday. Francisco was very helpful with showing us around the apartment and telling us about the local area and to contact him if any problems ( which we didn't have). The complex is fab, lots of pools and none were busy. We will def be returning.
