Very sunny all day long with sofa and armchairs to relax, hammocks, BBQ table and chairs for 6 people and views of the pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living / dining room and open kitchen. Two beaches just 5 minutes walk and 3 minutes from the commercial area with bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and all kinds of services. Only 10 minutes walk from the well known Marina de Cala 'Or.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, television 43 "satellite, washing machine, safe, microwave, air conditioning hot / cold in each room, ceiling fan in bedrooms and private parking.
