Our CONDOS are located in Sports Village, in the prestigious Green Valley corner of St. George. If your vacation needs require more than one unit, please visit our other St. George listings 59864, 1007083, 1005194.

Our CONDOS are all close in proximity, but comfortably far apart! Including new paint, tile and carpet throughout, this condo has been recently remodeled. You will enjoy the fresh, new feel it has to offer! It features two bedrooms with a king-sized raised PLATFORM bed in the master and a queen-sized bed in the guest room. You will find a sofa sleeper in the great room that makes this condo perfectly comfortable for 6 guests. It has a beautiful 46” flat panel SMART TV with access to view thousands of channels. Our condo is air-conditioned and has covered parking for your vehicle. The WASHER AND DRYER, located inside the unit, is included in your rental (please remember to bring your detergents). Linens are provided (bring your own pool towels) and there is a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit has a private patio off the back, and yes, we offer FREE WIFI. For the comfort of all of our guests, this is a 'No Smoking, No Pets' condominium. Some things to consider upon renting are: - NO SMOKING, NO PETS - Remove all Trash upon Check-out, or pay the fine - Dishes need to be washed before checking out, or pay the fine - $100 cleaning Fee - Quiet Hours need to be observed - Replacing lost remotes OR keys $50 - Check-in 4:00 pm, Check-out 11 am - Laundry Detergents not provided - Pool towels not provided.

The St. George area boasts of many golf courses, Sunbrook being the closest to our units. You'll marvel at the breathtaking scenery that surrounds St. George, including Bryce Canyon, Zion's National Park and Snow Canyon. This 'Red Rock Corner' of Utah is dotted with historical sites, shopping malls and outlet stores, popular restaurant chains and, especially, the wonderfully warm Dixie Sunshine! Same-day road trips might include hopping through the casinos in Las Vegas or Mesquite Nevada, sight-seeing at The Grand Canyon or attending Tuacahn's 'Broadway in the Desert' outdoor live amphitheater. We are also located right across the street from the world renowned Green Valley Spa. For those guests cooking up the perfect mountain biking get-a-way, we have all the right ingredients at our doorstep: Bear Claw Poppy, Zen, Stucci Springs and the Red Bluffs Competitive Area! There are also many opportunities to PLAY PICKLEBALL, both in the area and on-site!

We've had some very PLEASED GUESTS, and would like to make you - and all of your friends - some of them! PICKLEBALL DESTINATION!

What a beautiful condo and a great experience! I was both excited and suprised to find TWO PICKLEBALL COURTS on site as part of the HOA. Nice place to stay in the sunny part of the state!

Everything was very nice just like advertised other than no Fire Stick for the TV, so that was a bit disappointing, it also would have been nice to have coffee filters in there, we just assumed there would be.

Good location. Comfortable floor plan. Covered parking. Had to do some cleaning when we arrived. Outdated kitchen and bathroom. Uncomfortable beds - king is extra firm and queen you roll to the middle. Had to buy air fresheners due to an unpleasant odor.

The location was perfect. The 2 bedrooms were OK. The bathroom, big. Bathtub too big. No soap for washer. Dishwasher works. Fridge was a little loud, but didn't bother anything. They forgot to send the code to get in, or the Apartment bldg #, so I spent an hour trying to get hold of them. It didn't smell great and things were older in the kitchen like pans and table, but usable. We appreciated a place to stay.

Some minor issues ; shower/ tub does not drain (can’t take a bath because the soap scum and such build up each time you shower), streaming television didn’t work, only two rolls of TP and small nails coming through cabinets that fade the bar sitting area (don’t put your hands on the cabinets). Other than that the location was great, super friendly neighborhood and the unit was good. Karin was super flexible with our dates and accommodating.

We attended the Huntsman Senior Games which were held from Oct. 8-20. Location was convenient to all event locations, quiet surroundings and good amenities. We stayed here 2 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time. We would definitely stay here again!

Go Pickleball!

Three of my girl friends and I rented a condo in the Sports Village in the Green Valley area of St. George Utah and had a great experience! We planned the trip around a pickleball tournament we participated in at Little Valley this past April 2017. I was so excited and surprised to find out that there were two pickleball courts on site that is part of the HOA that we were able to use while we were there. The condo we rented had two bedrooms and one bath and a roll out bed from a couch. There was also a swimming pool and tennis courts that we didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of. It is honestly a great place to take a vacation and not far from the 24 pickleball courts at Little Valley. We contacted Karin Libby to book our vacation condo. Fantastic Condo!!!!!

Our family has stayed in this condo several times, we go to see the play at Tuacahn every year and will stay no where else but here. Karin the owner is so good to work with and is very eager to make sure that your stay in the condo is a great experience. Every time we show up the condo is immaculate and very inviting. It is has a comfortable decor that will make you feel like you are in your home away from home. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils so that you may cook your meals there . Full access to the club house is also a plus as there is much to do there from swimming, shuffle board, mini-golf to just relaxing in the hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation to St. George...my family will again many more times. Cory and Bev Dobson

Our stay at Sports Village Condo was Awesome!

Staying at the Sports Village Condo with "having fun under the sun" was wonderful! The unit is very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for our 30 day stay. Karin was great to work with! Because the weather was extra hot for this summer, we really enjoyed the pool and clubhouse to cool down. I would highly recommend using "having fun under the sun!"
