Buena casa. Limpieza insuficiente.

La casa estaba muy bien, pero la limpieza era deficiente, principalmente por pelos de animales. Una de las habitaciones está en el sótano y no se indica en el anuncio.

Nice a stay for a group of 9 golfers (not room for 12), and one bedroom was a basement room

The villa was not fully updated - but worked very fine for our stay. We met some challenges with the coffemaker and some linned - but they were solved immediately. One of the bedrooms was á basement room - and not very nice. The villa is made for 9 to 10 pax max - dining table inside could only accommondate 6b pax. The weather was nice, so we made it by earing etcetera on the verand - which easily could host 9 persons. Please note, taht arriving procedures are only in Spanish - we managed the written by Goodle translate. Upon arrival at the villa we could not quite communicate, at we do not speak Spanish.

Casa cómoda y familiar

Todo el proceso de alquiler fue fácil y sencillo. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido rápida y clara en todo momento. La casa aunque está preparada para alojar a 10 personas, tiene necesidad de algunas mejoras sobretodo en los baños ya que el agua caliente nunca alcanzaba para más de tres duchas rápidas. Por lo demás, el jardín muy amplio y la piscina espaciosa. Nos hizo mucho viento y no pudimos usar la barbacoa, pero el espacio está preparado para ello. La casa está al lado de supermercados y farmacias y cerca de playas para darte un paseo largo, aunque con niños es necesario el coche. Zona tranquila, residencial y de acceso sencillo.

Sancti Petri

The property lists as sleeps 12. It only sleeps 10 comfortably. Two to 4 are in the basement which is not air-conditioned. Only 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. There was no check in at all. No notes by the property owner telling you the Wi-Fi password or how to work the TV appliances etc. There was a pool but no pool towels. No sponge for the sink or sink detergent. The house was clean and in a great locations for Sancti Petri and Cadiz. Would have been nice for the owner to list some local eateries or points of interest.
