Villa Pinos in Zahora, is a typical village in the south of Andalusia, 70 km north of Gibraltar, 120 km south of Seville.

Located close to the "Faro de Trafalgar".
The villa has 2 independent apartments with each: 1 kitchen / living room (with sofa bed), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fireplace on the ground floor, patio. Wifi.

The house in its entirety can accommodate 8 to 12 people using the 2 sofa beds.
10. 000 M2 of landscaped garden opening directly on the beach, ideal for families with children and groups of friends.
Possibility of relaxing in a hammock in the shade of pine trees.

Wonderful beach house

Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, with nice living spaces in the house, a huge garden, and a short private walk to the beach. Zahora beach is wonderful, a real treat. There are good places to eat along the beach and in the village. My family loved it, staying there was the highlight of our trip to Spain.

Ubicación muy buena

La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 100 Mt de la playa de Zahora, con acceso privado directo. Reservamos 2 aptos completos. La limpieza regular, había nidos de araña en todas las esquinas de la casa, colillas de otros clientes en el porche, una limpieza deficiente para el precio que pagamos. Los sofás camas insufribles, muy incómodos, solo lo recomiendo para niños, las camas también incómodas, te clavas los muelles. El día que nos íbamos cortaron el césped, también lo vimos falto de mantenimiento ya que durante toda la semana tenía entre unos y dos palmos de altura, larguísimo para jugar en el cómodamente. La nevera no enfriaba suficiente (se veía muy nueva) , dimos parte el día siguiente ya que nos quedábamos una semana, pero no subsanaron el problema ni nos dieron solución, tuvimos q tirar carne que se nos puso en mal estado. En mi opinión estos aptos requieren mosquiteras, para así poder abrir las ventanas... Ya que como es normal en una zona de tanto jardín y campo hay muchos mosquitos. También sería conveniente alguna máquina de AA en la planta superior, o como mínimo ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. La ducha rota, tenías que pegar el cuerpo a la pared, la repare yo mismo. Cocina completa y equipada con todo lo q puedes necesitar. No tienen incluido la limpieza, pero se puede contratar aparte por 30e, vimos unos carteles en los que te indica la obligación de entregar limpios y recogidos, así que es un tema a tener en cuenta ya que te juegas parte del deposito, el primer día limpiamos y sacamos los bichitos de las habitaciones, el último día volvimos a hacer limpieza. El contacto con Marc para reserva, pagos, devolución de depósito, ect. es muy bueno, contesta rápido. Fui en temporada alta, el precio está en la media normal de los aptos/casas de la zona, pero las 3 familias salimos con la sensación de que solventando los pequeños detalles que he explicado, la experiencia habría sido muchísimo mejor.
