A nice apartment situated on the first floor available only by stairs. The apartment is situated in a house and the garden, BBQ, trampoline for kids are shared with the rest of the apartments in the house. Private parking and balcony. The place has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils,living room with sofa bed, air condition, SAT TV and internet WI-Fi, bathroom with a shower and towels provided and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The place is situated close to beach Cuvi, about 10 min from downtown and close by are supermarkets ( Konzum, Špeža) and coffee bars.

Nice walk to a good beach not over crowded as well. Good parking and close to a shop. Nice to by away from busy Rovinji. Having own balcony was special and to have a roof over it to provide shade. Good AC . Owner was helpful. Great day trips to Pula, Porec, Vrsar, limski canal, Motovun

Very good located apartment, near to the beautiful beaches and walking distance to the old city. Vesna is very very nice host, ready to solve all your needs. There is all you need in the apartment, very good equipped, internet connection runs perfect. We can only recommend and big thanks to Vesna.

We had "appartment with shower", which was quite small, but OK for two persons. Kitchen equipped with a lot of things, but: bring with you salt, sugar, plastic bags for garbage. Nice owner.

Great stay!

Alloggio con tutto il necessario. La proprietaria Vesna è stata gentilissima e disponibile in tutto e per tutto. È stata molto attenta anche al nostro bimbo di due anni! Posizione per noi ottima perché vicina alla spiaggia di Cuvi e davanti ad un grande parco giochi. Wi-Fi ok!

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Apartment in fußläufiger Umgebung zum Strand und zur Stadt

Die Lage des Appartments war perfekt.Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Cuvi Beach, 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.Frische Brötchen,Aufschnitt und Käse kann man morgens im kleinen Supermarkt auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite bekommen.Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet.Es verfügt über 1 separates Schlafzimmer und 1 Bett,das durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnraum getrennt ist.Es verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und 2 Terassen, die man sehr gut zum Essen nutzen kann.Die Besitzerin Vesna ist sehr nett und dauerhaft bemüht, den Gästen Gutes zu tun.Wir erhielten während des Aufenthaltes mehrmals frische Handtücher und 1x frische Bettwäsche. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen großen Grill und Pizzaofen.

A környék kellemesen nyugodt, a Cuvi Beach 900m gyalog kb 12 perc. Az óváros gyalog kb 30 perc 2,3 km. Az APARTMAN nagyon jól és körültekintően felszerelt. Kellemesen lehet eltölteni a nyaralás perceit. A nagy terasz a reggelik és vacsorák hangulatát emelik. A házigazda kedves és nagyon vendégszerető. Köszönet, hogy ott lehettünk!

Alapjába véve jó volt! Nem ajánlom olyannak ahol a gyerekek hangosak, akik szeretnek este 22 után k

Közel volt a bolt kb 200 m, a Cuvi Beach is közel volt. Plodine, Lidl 15 perc volt gyalog. Belváros kb 25 perc gyalog. Tiszta volt a szállás! Jól felszerelt! Tulajdonos kedves, napi szinten megkérdezte, hogy minden rendben van-e!

Vielen Dank an Vesna, die Gastgeberin, die sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht.....viele Küchen Utensilien.....wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Soggiorno ottimo!

La struttura è situata a metà tra la spiaggia e il centro di Rovigno, in una zona molto tranquilla. Nel nostro appartamento c’era tutto il necessario ed era tutto pulito. C’è anche una terrazza attrezzata per mangiare fuori. La proprietaria, la signora Vesna, è gentilissima e super disponibile! Speriamo di tornare presto!

A szállás nagyon tetszett. Szívesen visszamennék bármikor.

Az apartman nagysága, elrendezése tetszett. Volt nagy terasz, ahol lehetett beszélgetni, reggelizni, ebédelni. Volt egy drillező rész, ami nagyon jól felszerelt. A konyhai eszközök jól felszereltek.
