Patio doors lead from bothe the lounge & bedroom to the delightful sun terrace. The bathroom is modern with a shower. The kitchen is open plan with full oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge freezer.

The complex offers 2 swimming pools, is very well kept and has beautiful tropical gardens and a small lake. The popular Burriana beach is just a short stroll down through beautifully landscaped gardens.



Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.



Capistrano Playa is situated in the cliffs above the award winning Burriana beach where you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.



Nerja town centre & the famous Balcon de Europa is just 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk. There is also a regular bus service.



Nearby places to visit include the famous Caves at Maro & the picturesque white village of Frigiliana.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Perfect location.

Super nice apartment in the best area in Nerja.Almost everything was brand new in the apartment. We really liked the outside area with exceptional sea view.

Fabulous view

The apartment is lovely, with everything you need. The terrace is very large and the view of the sea is absolutely amazing. The only downside was the sofa bed which was not comfortable for our grown up daughter to sleep on, otherwise we would have rated this 5*.

We (already) liked everything, because we stayed here before but the new patio furniture, dining furniture and the new curtains made it complete. Keep focus on the cleaning, adding a toilet paper holder would finiss off the bathroom

Lovely apartment setting area. Nice tidy apartment and well equipped and comfortable. The garden furniture was a bit dated. We mentioned to the rental agency and they did offer to replace the parasol which was the main issue (was partially broken).

Tolle Aussicht von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer

Aussicht von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer ist sehr gut.Matraze ist sehr gut. Im Schlafzimmerschrank viel zu wenig Ablagefläche.Kühlgefrierkombination sehr gut.Badezimmer neuer guter sauberer Zustand.Wohnung sehr sauber.Tassen und Gläser im Hängeschrank nur für große Menschen auf Zehenspitzen zu erreichen. Die Wohnungstür ließ sich mit dem Schlüssel nicht öffnen. Es war niemand bei der Notrufnummer in Englisch zu erreichen obwohl angegeben wurde dass Englisch gesprochen würde. Es lief ein spanischer Ansagetext. Schließlich mußte der Schlüsseldienst ein Schloß ausbauen. Wir waren uns total selbst überlassen. Beim zweiten Schloß hatte ich immer Angst den Schlüssel abzubrechen so schwergängig war das Schloß.

Basic accomodation, Nice Sea View and general sun day coverage. High from the beach, stamina require

It is clean, comfortable and and has excellent views to the beach. Not too overlooked. The crockery and glassware was poor & insufficient for 2 people let alone 4 (1x wine glass)! The bed mattress needs replacing as it bows in the middle. Description to find the location is Good but finding the actually property is CRAZY.. need more signage to actual apartment areas because its very, very, complex. 4 peeps took 20 mins and (two of these live in Nerja..!).. Don't arrive in the dark!

The arrival & key collection instructions include a map of the area, showing the location. A map of the urbanisation, showing the apartment location & the route from the road. A link to google maps. The GPS coordinates. You were asked to review the information, print the maps, make a note of the address, before departutre. Also to advise if anything was unclear. I really don't now what else we can do!

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Neues Bad, Küche. Waschmaschine, alles da. Tolle Terrasse. Ich fand auch die ganze Anlage sehr schön. Sehr ruhig. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben die Zeit in Nerja sehr genossen! Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der direkte Meerblick ist sensationell, wir kommen gerne wieder! Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, war eine Zitruspresse. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden!

We loved the complex. It is quite unique. This is our third time to stay here. Our apartment was very well positioned and had a grest terrace. We would definitely recommend it. We were very pleased with the service we received when the fridge wasn't working. Once we reported it, it was acted on straight away snd was replaced with a new one so thank you for that. Nothing much, just get the light outside the bathroom working, otherwise everything was good.
