Modern Spacious 2 Bed Town House In The Lovely Parador Area, Fast Fiber Included

This lovely town house is part of a small quiet gated community, designed in typical Andalusian style, set in tropical gardens with an outdoor swimming pool. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area with sliding doors to a large, south facing terrace, two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a large shower area, toilet and hand basin. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. There is a double bed sofa in the living room. Baby equipment is available, cot, high chair etc if required.

Ideal location: The house is located in Bajamar 2, Calle Ramon y Cajal, about 150 metres from the Parador Hotel which is well signposted once you arrive in Nerja. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The property is only a few minutes stroll to the old quarter of the town, which has remained virtually untouched with its narrow streets, leading to the main square and the Balcon de Europa, which is the focal point of the town and where the tourist office can be found. Burriana Beach is approx 5 min walk away, where you will also find a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Entertainment/activities: There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive. The tennis court at the Parador Hotel is open to the public. Paddle courts are also available nearby. The famous ski resort, Sierra Nevada, is only 90 mins drive (125km)

Nerja offers a great selection of local boutiques. There is also a big market every Tuesday. The large shopping centre, El Ingenio, in Velez Malaga has a great selection of shops, restaurants and cinemas and is about 15 minutes drive. Here you can get almost everything, under one roof. Also in Velez Malaga, there is a water park, Aquavelis.

Nerja is Spain's best kept secret. It is an idyllic and peaceful location and a great place to get way from it all. This property is fantastic for families, couples, anyone looking for a quiet area and relaxing environment. You will enjoy your stay here.

We have stayed in various accommodation in Nerja before but this was the best we have ever stayed in. It had everything for a great holiday. The balcony was a sun trap and the chairs were comfortable plus there were two sun loungers. Colleen was a wonderful host and she responded quickly to all communication. Winter visit

This was our third stay at Colleen's lovely property in Nerja and hopefully not the last. The wonderful secluded balcony which is a sun trap all day long is a highlight but the apartment is great throughout ! Brilliant location between the beach, the shops and the town. Highly recommended !

Brilliant location, short walk to Old town and Burriana. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything you would need, including beach chair and parasols. The property is in an ideal location for staying in Nerja. Supermarket, bars, restaurants and bakery nearby. We did hire a car however it’s not really required. When we arrived it was very clean, tidy and welcoming. It has every you need for a great stay. Lovely terrace gets the sun all day. Plenty shade if required. Colleen was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. Would stay again if visiting Nerja.

Great Holidays

Nerja is a beautifull city, especially for having a good time on the beach. The location of the flat is very good: near to the beach and near to the city center with all the shops and restaurants, too. The flat itself is very good and we can recommend it. The pool is clean and we used it nearly every day.

Sunny and nice

Beautiful village with several beaches at walking distance and nice restaurants. Good house to go to ,even with small children (4/6). Games and beachtoys were available. Pool had a good themperature. The host answered the questions very quickly. We had a great stay. The parking was a bit of a challange (no parking spots available in the street, but within 10 min walking), so that is good to take note of.

This property is in a nice location.The amenities in flat were all described.The only downside was building work opposite for the first two weeks .This has now finished .The host Colleen was excellent and available to answer questions.I would recommend this property a very enjoyable month

I had two wonderful weeks in Casa Colleen, a beautiful town house in a well kept and pretty complex. Perfect location on a quiet road, close to Buriana Beach and the town centre. The large south facing terrace, beautiful living area and bedrooms, a kitchen with all necessary appliances, strong wi fi and TV with Swedish and English channels contributed to a perfect holiday. Casa Colleen is lovely. Well equipped, clean and perfectly located nr beach and town. The pool is great for families, very relaxed not overcrowded. Colleen is a perfect host, v helpful and lovely. We had a good mixture of relaxation and activities including water park Aquavelis, kayaking, pedalos and visiting Frigiliana. The hill down to the beach had beautiful scenery and wasn't a problem for us, but maybe anyone with mobility issues may struggle I would definitely recommend ❤️

Family get together

We all really enjoyed our trip to Nerja , we’ve been quite a few times but this was our first visit over the New Year and the 3 kings celebration , it was amazing .Casa Colleen was perfect just like our last stay , well equipped for the cooler months and had everything we needed for our holiday , we even sat out on the terrace every afternoon, lovely sun trap , other members of our family stayed in apartments nearby so we got together often to celebrate my mother in laws 80th birthday , she was still dancing on the Balcon at 1.30 am on New Years Eve , Next time in Nerja we will definitely stay at Casa Colleen again

2 week stay in nerja

Its a lovely apartment good size bedrooms and good size balcony. Very functional kitchen and a nice living area. The apartment itself is situated in a very quaint spanish type complex just beautiful. The pool is a little small but served a purpose for some very needed cool downs on hot days. Its a also a very secure complex in a quiet residential area. A very short walk to beaches and a 10/15 walk into the centre of nerja. Couldnt have asked for better would highly recommend.

Great location - comfortable flat

We loved the location of this apartment. Out of the hustle-bustle and just 5 minutes walk from everything. The terrace was great! It was a comfortable, clean flat and the communication with the owner and cleaner were first rate. The kitchen was well-equipped. The 'on-street parking' is less available than you might think/hope. The flat would be improved by a better quality mattress and not having a 3 hour timer on the air conditioning that resulted in it having to be reset twice during the night.
