In the now renowned and sought after Torre Lapillo, we offer a finely furnished studio apartment for your desired holidays, complete with every comfort with large outdoor spaces of exclusive relevance.
The structure is about 600 meters from the crystal clear waters and white beaches of Torre Lapillo, where you will find several exclusive Beach Lounge Clubs and you will be enveloped in the magical atmosphere that only Salento is able to emanate. A set of aromas and flavors that will remain etched in your mind forever.

STRUCTURE
The solution, equipped with all comforts so as to be able to spend a relaxing holiday, can accommodate up to max 3 people and consists of a large open space with double bed, kitchenette complete with appliances, oven, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, covered veranda, parking space, barbecue corner and large open spaces of relevance. Pets Allowed.

Located in the immediate outskirts of Torre Lapillo, in a particularly quiet area, the structure allows you to reach in a few minutes both the beaches of the Porto Cesareo coast, with equipped beaches and long free stretches, and the center of the town of Torre Lapillo, where they are present all the main services such as bars, tobacconists, newsagents, mini markets, church, medical guard point, and much more.

Nice place

We liked it alot since it matched our needs. Good combination to visit restaurants and cook you orwn food. We bought local meet and vegetable's and used the grill thats included. The pool was nice to cool down in during the hot hours, and it was cleaned once a week, the water feelt fresh to swim in. Host was easy to reach and very service minded, but we didnt have any issusses during our stay.

Fabulous outside space

The outside space - swimming pool, seating area, BBQ etc - was fantastic and much bigger than expected. It was cleaned regularly and very relaxing. The apartment was small but perfectly big enough for the two of us. The bathroom needs some TLC as and shower wasnt the best. Some sort of welcome book and instructions would be helpful, and no wifi was suprising. It is a short walk to restaurants and to a fantastic beach.

Belle découverte du Salento!

Nous avos adoré notre sejour. Le gite est situé a l'écart de la cohue et donc pratique pour faire la decouverte de la region en voiture. Les plages de Torre Lapillo et Porto Cesareao sont tres achalandées et donc nous avons aimée des spots plus au nord (fiume Chidro). Merci a Francesco et Flavio pour votre gentillesse!

C'était incroyable! La location était impeccable, très propre! Le piscine belle, et tellement agréable avec la chaleur.Le jardin si beau, fleuriLe tout très bien entretenu!Nous n'avons manqué de rien!Proximité à pied de l'eau cristalline de la plage de Torre Lapillo ,de commerces et de bons restaurants !Sebastiano, Rosa et leur amie ont pris grand soin de nous!Leurs conseils nous ont beaucoup aidés dans la découverte de cette belle région Nous nous sommes sentis tellement à l'aise!Des vacances de rêve !C'est un sans faute! bravo

Magnifique séjour de détente

La propriété est idéale pour un séjour à deux! Les aménagements extérieures et la piscine sont justes splendides pour passer un bon moment dans le calme. Des restaurants et des magasins ne sont pas loins même à pied et la plage est à côté! Vraiment merveilleux, à recommander!

Pace e relax assicurati

La struttura è stata rinnovata da poco, è piccola ma funzionale. Il letto essendo a ribalta ha un materasso alto e comodo. Anche i cuscini sono molto confortevoli. L'aria condizionata è stata un ottimo alleato nelle giornate più calde. La posizione leggermente decentrata rispetto al paese permette di avere pace e tranquillità giorno e notte, mantenendo la vicinanza alla spiaggia (5 min a piedi). La zona del patio e della piscina permettono di godersi gl'inizi giornata in tutta tranquillità, e di passare le giornate più affollate o più pigre in pieno relax e comodità, o di godersi di sera il cielo stellato. Nella struttura ci sono due appartamenti, uno del proprietario (tendenzialmente vuoto) e quello in affitto. A giorni alterni vengono due persone a pulire il giardino e la piscina. Devo dire che l'attenzione che il proprietario ci mette affinchè la vostra vacanza sia il più perfetta possibile io l'ho percepito come un abbraccio gradito e lodevole. Gli elementi per cui non do 5 stelle sono la mancanza dell'acqua potabile e la presenza del secondo appartamento, non segnalati ad annuncio, che non rappresentano un grosso problema (si cucina con bottiglie d'acqua), ma avrebbero dovuto essere indicati.

Spacieux, propre et joliment décoré. Un espace extérieur très agréable et reposant. Très bonne communication avec le gérant qui est toujours disponible. L'endroit parfait pour une escapade à 2 dans la très belle région des Pouilles.

Esperienza decisamente positiva!

Posto bellissimo, piscina e giardino stupendi, perfetto per potersi rilassare. Pulizia e disponibilità ottimali. Unica pecca: mancanza di Wi-Fi (la rete del cellulare non prendeva benissimo essendo leggermente in periferia), ma tutto sommato non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno più di tanto. Consigliatissimo!

Valutazione

Nel complesso la valutazione complessiva del monolocale è buona, nonostante nei primi giorni non ci siano state date subito le chiavi del cancello per poter mettere la macchina nel posto auto (inizialmente ci è stato detto di "forzare" la serratura, ma ovviamente non si poteva perché il cancello era chiuso a chiave!)

Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente! vi è stato chiesto di forzare perchè solitamente il cancello è stato sempre aperto e per l'apertura bisognava fare un po' di forza... grazie tante per la recensione! a presto!
