Apartment / holiday house in Porto Cesareo. very pretty town house located in a mini complex of 10 villas very quiet and very close (500 m) to the center and to the best beaches of Porto Cesareo as Scalo di Furno, Le Dune, Tabu.

The house consists of a large living area with dining and kitchen area and a small bathroom on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds, bathroom and balcony upstairs.

Outside there is a large garden where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner thanks to the shadow present for most of the day.

reserved parking, where to leave your car on holiday as everything is within walking distance.

The house has been furnished to live and not just to rent it so you can find all amenities like new kitchen with dishwasher, combined refrigerator, oven, air conditioners in all the rooms and even a fireplace!


The house is ideal for couples or families up to 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people because it is also a sofa bed in the living area.
