Nice and quiet house of 280 m² and lined with natural stone. Its 4 rooms are distributed on two floors.

On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
1 en suite large well furnished kitchen: microwave, washing machine, oven and hob and dishwasher, large living room with fireplace, TV,. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with tables and chairs and magnificent views of the mountain of the sanctuary of Sant Salvador, Castillo de Santuerio and adjacent fields.

On the upper floor, where it is accessed by an internal staircase, there is a suite with bathroom from which you access a terrace and deck at the same level you can also access an upper terrace both with views of the mountain and the sea

The house has heating in all areas and air conditioning in the rooms

Villa Ses Figueres was the perfect base for our family week. The outdoor space is the real star: a great-sized pool, plenty of garden to let the kids run around, a proper covered dining terrace, and a stone BBQ plus a wood-fired pizza oven that we put to brilliant use most evenings.M. Despite the location, it never feels overlooked — genuine space and privacy, and Cala Ferrera and a couple of quieter coves were an easy drive or short walk away, which made for a really relaxed rhythm: beach mornings, pool afternoons.

Beautiful tranquil property

A beautiful property situated in quiet farmland within a short walk to the local beach. A short drive into Cala Dor which has a busy centre during peak time. We enjoy the spacious and tranquil surroundings the property offers. A very private location ideal for families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked to come back next summer too.

A Mallorcan paradise

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay in this beautiful finca. The house is spacious and the outside areas are outstanding with the most beautiful pool. Lovely shaded patio’s, with lots of options for eating al fresco. The sun beds were plentiful for our party, and very comfortable. The location of the property is perfect, for trips into Cala d’ dor, the supermarkets, and the stunning beach of Cala san nau. We had the most perfect family holiday… and we’re sure we will return.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had an absolute blast. Looking at the pics on this place you don't expect it to be even prettier. Well, it actually is. The place is simply amazing. The home is located in a quiet area. Yet the distance to Cala D'or is only 6 to 8 minutes by car. There is a beach nearby (15 mins walking distance) The place has everything you need, a MUST rent in my opinion.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We have stayed in many villas and fincas in Santanyi and this is by far the best! Fabulous facilities, gorgeous entertaining areas outside, pool stunning and great size. Lots of equipment for cooking and eating. Shower and baths really good, Internet good, location fab close to small beach with bar/restaurant. Check in and check out so easy! Excellent comms from host prior and during. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Villa Figueres for giving us an amazing holiday!

The villa is lovely and spacious with plenty of space around the villa, a lovely pool and a great covered barbecue area. The villa is situated in a quiet area - ideally you need a car - but is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the very beautiful Cala sa Nau cove which has a lovely beach bar/snack bar as well as sunbeds/parasols you can rent. It’s located within easy reach of Cala d’Or which is a 10 minute drive away and has a good supermarket as well as many restaurants and shops selling the usual tourist tat and some decent clothes shops too. (A cab back to the villa from there if you’re ‘out on the town’ costs 10-15 so very reasonable) We had a few issues with the aircon but the host was very reactive, responded swiftly and the issue was sorted without delay. The accommodation has all the amenities you need in terms of a well equipped kitchen as well as a small utility room with washing machine. Inside the villa the decor is a little basic and slightly dated. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and are all spacious enough but rather basic. The master suite on the first floor is very spacious with a huge and comfortable double bed and an en-suite but again somewhat basic. If a chic interior is important to you, you might be a little disappointed but in reality you’re more likely to spend time in the outside areas which are lovely. Overall the property is great and in an excellent location and we had a wonderful family holiday

Lovely Finca

We were two families, having a wonderfull week. Everything is perfect. The house, the pool, the bearbejdede beaches and ofcource the nice owner of the house. 4 really nice bedrooms , all with aircon. A nice covered terrace and a covered poolhouse with a nice big dining table. The beach is In walking distance and it tales les than ten minutes to drive to Cala D’or. The villa was excellent with facilities that comfortably accommodated a large group. The bar b q and pizza oven area were superb.A good size pool which was well maintained and very clean. The area around the villa was very quiet and great for a relaxing holiday but with Cala for a few minutes away by car it was the perfect location. You definitely benefit from having a car but you can get taxis in cal a dor.The only slight criticism we had was that some of the bedroom A/C units didn’t cool the rooms very well. It wasn’t too much of a problem for the 1st two weeks of June but I imagine at the height of Summer the rooms could be very warm.

Traumhafte Herbstferien

Es waren zwei Traumhafte Wochen. Die Finca ist perfekt gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussenküche ist ein Traum! Wir haben den Grill regelmässig genutzt, Maroni geröstet und im Pizza Ofen leckere Pizzas zubereitet!

Badeurlaub mit viel Spass

Super Urlaub in einer wunderschönen, sehr grosszügigen Finca. Die Betreuungspersonen Silvia und der Villa Besitzer Tomeu waren sehr nett und haben alle Wünsche (mehr Abwasch- Trockentücher, Wechsel Frottewäsche oder Bettwäsche, neue Badetücher, sonstige Infos etc.) immer sehr zeitnah erfüllt. Sie waren beide sehr zuvorkommend.

Einfach mal abschalten

Die Finca war genauso wie im Inserat. Wunderschön gelegen. Unsere Nachbarn waren Schafe, was einfach nur schön war. Werden Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig zuverlässig und die Kommunikation hätte nicht besser klappen können. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein dickes fettes Dankeschön! Wir werden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Finca, alles sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung war auch top, es hat nichts gefehlt, die Übergabe war unkompliziert und einfach. Die Lage auch top, sehr ruhig und in 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer.

Einfach idyllisch

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und einem fantastischen Pool. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Perfekt für zwei Familien - und ein optimal gepflegter blühender Garten mit Grillhäuschen. Mit hat auch die Umgebung sehr gefallen. Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant in S’Horta. Eine ruhige und schöne Gegend. Die beiden Strände in der Nähe waren mir aber zu voll. Besser man fährt etwas weiter, zum Beispiel zum Muro-Strand. Ein Traum!

danke für deine gemeinde Es tut mir leid, dass Sie die kleinen Strände in der Umgebung gefunden haben. mit zu vielen Leuten Das ist heutzutage nicht mehr normal Wenn Sie größere Strände wie die von Muro wünschen, können Sie auch zum nächsten Strand gehen. Es Trenc saludos Tomeu
