Dream country house in Santanyi (felt like a small own village)

In the Finca Can Perdiu, near the beautiful Mallorcan town of Santanyi, you will enjoy your stay in a relaxed way.

The finca is equipped with all amenities. She has a modern and functional style combined with a special personal touch.

The main house has four bedrooms with three modern bathrooms (one of which is a master suite with en suite bathroom). In each case a further bedroom with own bath in separate outbuildings, which are closed for themselves. In one of these outbuildings there is also a small kitchen.

The finca and the two outbuildings are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, so that the houses can be used in any season.

Ideal for the winter also the on-site sauna with shower in another outbuilding.

The finca has a beautifully landscaped grounds with a dream view of the pool and the garden. You will find a wonderful "chill out" where you can enjoy the sunsets of the island.

Santanyi is an ideal starting point to explore the south and east of Mallorca and the interior of the island. In recent years, many artists, craftspeople and designers have settled in Santanyi, so that even shopping enthusiasts will find it easily. The gastronomy in Santanyi is rather traditional - in rustic restaurants and tapas bars you can enjoy the Mallorcan cuisine in a spectrum of "rustic-rustic" to "urban-refined". Not far from the finca, in Cala de Santanyi, you will also find localities with international offers. Night owls will enjoy the resort's bars, pubs and clubs.

Incredible place to stay in Mallorca

This stunning house was one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. It is so beautifully tended to, it was the perfect place for our family and baby to stay, in a great location only 5 minutes from Santanyí. The manager, Marta, was so amazing to deal with. We would definitely love to return!

Perfect Stay in Amazing Finca

Can Perdiu is a beautiful finca in an idyllic setting, perfectly located near the town of Santanyi. The photos online show exactly what you are getting. A beautifully decorated home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large living area, fully stocked kitchen, tons of chillout areas, a large lap pool with many chairs and umbrellas and even a fruit orchard! We were an extended family of 7 adults and two babies and we all wished that we could stay forever. Tanya was very communicative with advance questions. Marta was so friendly and helpful with checking in and out and providing recommendations. They had two cribs and high chairs waiting, and we just loved everything about our stay. Highly highly recommended.

Traumhaft schöne Finca

Auf wundervoll mit Oliven - und Obstbäumen bepflanztem großem Grundstück lässt sich total entspannt in der geräumigen , geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Finca Urlaub machen . Sowohl der Außen -als auch der Innenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr schnell heimisch und wohl. Einzig die spärliche Beleuchtung über dem großen Esstisch sowie im Masterbedroom sollte verbessert werden.

Toller Urlaub

Von Anfang bis Ende ein rundum gelungener uns sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Die Finca liegt traumhaft in der Nähe von Santanyi, die Einweisung durch Marta war vor Ort kurz und mit den wichtigsten Infos versehen. Das Haus im mallorquinischen Stil beeindruckt innen mit moderner Küche und wunderschönen Zimmern und was für uns sehr wichtig war, dass es in allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage gibt. W-Lan könnte stärker sein, aber das nur am Rande. Verträumte Ecken auf dem Grundstück laden zum morgendlichen Kaffee ein und der Grill am Abend wurde von uns auch sehr oft genutzt. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!

Erholung pur in einer niveauvollen Finca

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer Finca die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die gesamte Familie hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut ausgestattet, viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, äusserst gepflegt und grün, tolle Lage. Der Pool ist 18! Meter lang. Die Ansprache und Betreuung waren herzlich und kompetent. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!

Traumhafte Finca für unsere Hochzeit

Die Finca wurde von uns für eine Hochzeit gemietet. Wir waren dort mit 11 Personen und Kleinkind. Für uns ideal da neben dem schönen Hauptgebäude noch ein eigenständiges Appartement mit Küche vorhanden war in dem wir mit unserem Kind wohnten. Die Finca hat ganz besonderen Charme durch den Innenhof und die verwinkelte Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt mit allem was man benötigt. Die Küche im Hauptgebäude ist hochwertig. Es gibt noch einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und zusätzlicher Kühl-/Gefruerkombination. Der Pool war sehr sauber und auch der Wasserteststreifen für unseren Nachwuchs gab grünes Licht. Auch die Finca Bet Betreuerin vor Ort war nett und auch bei Fragen direkt zur Stelle. Für unsere kleine Hochzeitsfeier somit eine ideale Location die wir nur weiterempfehlen können.
