All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

Access to the activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability.

Strategically placed roof lights flood the house with natural light and a large open plan living area offers a sociable space to relax and enjoy the far reaching views of this nature reserve, from this premier position at the head of Beaumont Lake.
With 5 bedrooms, ample parking and gardens that stretch to the waters’ edge this is the ideal holiday venue.
Occupying one of the largest plots in Beaumont village there is a large decking area serving all ground floor rooms from the slide away patio doors. Beyond the decking the gardens are lawned and stretch down to Beaumont Lake, where you can access lake swimming or use the private jetty for water sports such as canoeing or paddle boarding.
To uphold the ethos of the estate, large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm is not allowed. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
