Wakeling Island is a recent addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and wider estate that are undergoing elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team. White Nothe boasts a modern, open-plan kitchen with impressive island and large dining table for all the family. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind beside the fire. The ground floor further benefits from porch, utility and shower room, perfect areas to store your walking boots and clean muddy paws.
Upstairs lies a hidden jewel, a purpose built games room offering; pool table, TV with access to all major on-demand services and a wealth of games and toys to keep the whole family entertained. A large balcony extends from the games room showcasing the impressive lakeside views.
On the first floor is a king bedroom with ensuite, a kids’ bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, plus a small pull-out truckle bed. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the first floor.
Wake up to amazing lakeside views from the top floor master suite, the spacious room also offers desk area and ensuite. Completing the accommodation is a small but wonderfully light double bedroom, further twin bedroom with juliette balcony and shower room.
The exterior of the property has parking for several cars and a large rear decking area with private lake access.
Please note this property allows a maximum of 2 dogs. Estate Rules: 1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises 3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules 1. All our properties are non-smoking. 2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate. 3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
