UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Casa Annalisa is situated in the heart of Praiano, with many services and shops close at hand.

You can access the house from the street level by only 3 steps :) Can you believe?

The welcoming Livingroom is composed by a sitting area with a sofa and a satellite TV and a Dining / Breakfast area with a table with chairs, a fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, an American Style coffee maker and a toaster.

There are two double bedrooms and both are air-conditioned: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is the access to the sunny Balcony; the second bedroom features a double bed and a window (no sea view).

The jewel in the crown of our home is the Balcony, which is only accessible from the master Bedroom. We are sure, you will spend the most of your time here!
Equipped with chairs to relax overlooking the sea, the terrace faces the sea and the coast up to Capri.

You can enter the Kitchen from the livingroom by climbing 2 steps.
It is a small room with a sea-view window. You will love to cook your spaghetti with a view. It is well-furnished with a cooker, an electric oven and some useful cooking utensils. There are a couple of steps to access the little laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table.
The Bathroom is at the end of the corridor and features a toilet, a wash basin, a bidet and a shower.

LOCATION:

Casa Annalisa is the perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast.
The stop of the local bus and of the Coastal bus is just 50 meters away. Very close to you there are groceries, restaurants, bars, scooter rentals, souvenir shops, hair dresser and so on.
You really do not need a car during your stay. If you have one, we can send you the contact of a close parking where you can reserve a spot (for an extra fee).
