This was the cleanest, most well stocked and friendly host EVER! The view was spectacular. Praiano was quiet and quaint. We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Lucia was an incredible host, helped us organize cars and Pompeii side trip. Her home is immaculate and perfect. So relaxing, she thought of every small detail to make us comfortable. Would definitely visit Lucia’s home and Praiano again! Above and beyond!

Great location and amazing views from the balcony. Being met by Lucia at the bus stop was very helpful along with other great local information. Really loved our stay here. Steps are challenging but worth the effort.

Wonderful property with even better view !!

We had a wonderful stay at Praiano !! It is a steep climb to the house, but the view that greets you at the private terrace makes it all worthwhile and more !! Lucia and her family are prefect hosts , so kind and thoughtful, will definitely want to come back and stay here again !

Amazing views and wonderful host

Lucia was a fantastic host. Her property was amazing. She has thought of everything that a guest may need. If ever i come back to Praiano i will definitely stay at Lucia's place. Anyone wanting to stay on the Amalfi coast i would highly recommend you stay in Praiano at Lucia's Villas.

Wonderful time in Praiano

We had such a wonderful stay in Praiano! Lucia was so helpful and accommodating, even helping us reschedule a tour that was cancelled due to weather. Lucia helped us with recommendations for restaurants, and local transportation. Great central location, please note there are quite a few stairs, but the view is worth it once you have reached the top! We loved our stay and cant wait to return!

Great place to stay

THis house in Praiano is perfect to enjoy the Amalfati cost. The house is clean, nice and confortable. Lucia was very helpfull and arranged some transportation for us. ALL went well. Praiano is quieter than the other villages so this was perfect for us and other villages are easily accessible by bus or water taxi. Again, everything went well and Lucia is a great owner.

Amazing view

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at Lucia’s home. The house has an amazing view, is very clean, well maintained, beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need for your stay. Lucia is an incredible host, providing lots of information on the surrounding area with things to do. She helped arrange our transportation to the house and greeted us with a homemade cake (which was delicious) and other provisions.

AMAZING!!

The entire trip was incredible… Lucia was so kind and helpful making our first trip to the Amalfi Coast easy and stress free. The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect for experiencing a little of everything Pirano has to offer. There are a few steep stairs getting up to the property but they are entirely doable and you’ll feel great once you’ve made it up, by the end of our stay they felt like nothing! We definitely recommend leaving one day open for just exploring the town or to do a beach day. If we ever get the chance, we’ll definitely be back :)

Absolutely wonderful

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host, Lucia, was fantastic! We had to make some last minute changes with tours and Lucia took care of all of the details for us - ensuring we were able to reschedule for later in the week. The location is perfect with day trips to Positano and Amalfi easily accessible. The description of the rental is spot on including the stairs! There are a lot to get to the top...however the view from the outside terrance is worth every step! We can't wait to return.

Beautiful Honeymoon

Lucia’s property was beautiful and she was so helpful. She provided us with all of the information we needed and was so kind. There are 127 steps to the property, so be prepared for that. The view is worth the climb! The VRBO was clean and necessities were provided. The location was quiet and beautiful. The people are polite and the food in the area is wonderful. I highly recommend staying with Lucia in Praiano. If you haven’t traveled out of the United States before, I would recommend buying outlet adapters. Lucia has some, but we had multiple devices. When taking the local and SITA buses, make sure you’re standing on the correct side of the road! Lucia will help with this.

Birthday vacation

Lucia is an exceptional host. The property was immaculate. You could actually eat off the floor. The deck and views were outstanding. The apartment had a huge wrap around deck with an unbelievable view. Lucia has everything you will need for your stay. She has phone numbers and connections for drivers, restaurants, grocery store, and anything else you can think of. Lucia helped us to plan for my daughter to be proposed to. She arranged everything. Reservations, flowers, photographs, etc., the proposal was beautiful at La Moressa and Angela was so helpful and orchestrated the event like a pro. After staying with Lucia, I don’t know how another host can ever compare. Lucia has two exquisite properties in Praiano. Praiano was the perfect choice for us. Located between Positano and Almafi for convenient access but very authentic with extremely friendly residents. Our stay was a dream come true. Thank you Lucia.

Roof of the Gods

Casa Alea is a roof top apartment with simply amazing views. It’s a bit if a climb to get to it but well worth the effort for the unobstructed view right over to Scicily. The apartment itself was super clean and Lucia has equipped it with everything you need to make your stay easier whether that be beach bags with towels or basic ingredients for cooking etc. Lucia was truly a super helpful host both before and during our stay… organising parking , boat trips bus timetables etc. Praiano is also great base for the Amalfi coast and for me one of the less spoiled parts of it. Same amazing views as it’s more famous neighbours but way less frantic. I can’t recommend Casa Alea and Lucia highly enough Only one point to note is that parking is difficult. The VRBO listing seems to indicate the apartment has parking. It doesn’t and while Lucia could organise a private parking for us close to the apartment it comes at a cost. That said if you bring a car it’s best to pre book this with Lucia

great location and beautiful views - unhelpful and rude host.

The host's attitude was unhelpful and discourteous, treating us with a lack of respect. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an infestation of ants within the apartment, which we promptly reported. Regrettably, the host did not take any meaningful action to address the issue. Compounding our disappointment, there was a problem with the toilet flusher, causing disturbance to the host who resides below. Without any warning, she entered the apartment and condescendingly explained the proper way to use the toilet, speaking to us as though we were children. However, the underlying issue was a faulty flusher rather than our usage. It is disheartening that the potential of the apartment was overshadowed by the host's behavior, which left us feeling uncomfortable and belittled throughout our stay.

dear guests I appreciate your feedback but I think this review is unfaithful to what happened; about the ants , as soon as you texted me about the presence of a few ants, I suggested to use spray, which was in the house. I waited for your response which didn’t happened, I waited until your departure date without hearing from you. I believe what you are saying isn’t respectful, you had a problem with the bathroom flush and I came right away. At the arrival I assure my guests to be available for any issue or doubt they might have, I never invade my guests privacy. I didn’t complain about the house conditions (vomit on the floor, from the kitchen to the bathroom, food crumbs behind the bed mattress) because you told me you had been ill the night before your departure. As you are complaining about extra charges, at the departure I checked the house, as I usually do with all of my guests, a key was missing, the question came spontaneously, you answered me that you didn’t remember about it; it is fully reasonable for me to ask you a charge. Hence this, thank you for you review even though I don’t agree with it. Best regards Lucia

Fabulous stay

Loved staying here. Hostess Lucia was so helpful. Our flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connecting flight and by the time we got there, it was 10 p.m. Lucia brought us pizzas and beer when she met us. We were so grateful for her thoughtfulness. She assisted us in booking a boat tour to Capri. The accommodations themselves are stunning, with amazing views of the sea and an outdoor shower we loved

Beautiful Apartment

The 120 steps up to the apartment are well worth the effort for the lovely patio with stunning views. The apartment is exactly as advertised with home from home comforts. Lucia is very friendly and helpful and arranges any excursions you require. She is available to answer any questions and gives a fabulous service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful place. You can easily get arround using public transport if you don't want to drive and book excursions.

Lucia was the perfect host, the apartment was extremely well maintained, Lucia was extremely helpful, knowing which were the best places to go locally for eating out and for buying groceries for eating in and provided us with full details of trips along the Amalfi coast and to Capri. The speed boat trip to Capri was very enjoyable, thank you Lucia, we hope to see you again in the future
